PERSONAL STATEMENT
Every business is developed on the basis of a vision, where people come together for
serving others and completing their goals or objectives which were pre determined. Business
needs to be nourished and properly taken care off for dealing with new and regularly changing
scenarios. Leaders and management being a supportive body for the functions of the business
along with its strengths and weaknesses which are considered and worked over for blazing the
path of the operations and purpose of business towards success, growth and profitability. I am
Valentin Lulian Ursu a business management graduated. I have already studied business
management from NESCOT college. I also have started my own small scale business recently in
construction industry and I am using my procured knowledge and skills in for making it a
success.
In the same concern I am willing to apply for my higher studies for the same profile and
field of business and management. As a student I have gained vast experience in last few months
by working in different roles with number of employers as intern. This practical experience and
knowledge developed new capabilities for me as a professional and made me confident enough
to work upon my own career goals and my dream of having my own businesses. In my days of
internships I have has multiple chances to work and gain better in depth insights of construction
field and business. I have worked under experienced professional who are working in the
industry and serving people form last few decades.
Business have always had my interest since I was in my teenage and which inspired me
to take my further education in the field of business management. Being a student and through
theoretical knowledge I have gained an insight about my capabilities and potentials to become an
entrepreneur and run a successful business on my own with my potentials. The first step which is
took towards my business is of making healthy and positive comparisons of my business and
myself form other. As for a fact I gathered an understanding about the uniqueness and
individuality of every human being and every business idea and a firm. My passion lies in
building a great business with new innovative approaches and ideas which will allow me to
follow the respective goals and success path for the company.
I am a willing and keen learner wishing to work with my utmost potentials and abilities
for gathering more professional and practical information in order to induce and improvise
myself as a professional working in the marketplace. The competitiveness and aggressive

behaviours of existing rivals acts as a motivation for me to work harder for surviving the market
and for dealing with the dynamic environment. I hope and wish for having a great time in the
university where I am not only learning professional skills but will also embrace my personal
self as a human being and as an entrepreneur. This University is a excelling opportunity for me
to prove first to myself that I can become a successful entrepreneur and then to the world about
my power and spirit for taking my business to the heights which is never could imagine.
