Personal statement

The people often argue that the theoretical knowledge is going down because now a days
the students are more focusing on gaining the practical experiences but, they are not aware about
the importance of gaining theoretical knowledge in these early stages of the life for attaining a
rapid growth in the life ahead. My name is ABC and want to pursue my HND in the field of
construction and built environment in civil engineering. I have a great desire to pursue this
course from the QQ university in UK as it is one of the leading institute of this stream and
focuses on making each and every students effective in the field of their study. It helps them in
improving their knowledge and increasing their capabilities and skills to handle the future
problems with appropriate actions. I want to pursue this course because of my keen interest in
the field and it has also helped me gaining a great amount of knowledge in carrying out the
engineering activities in appropriate manner with all the required measures taken.
This course from the QQ university will help me in developing specific knowledge that
will help me in making effective solutions for the problems that will arise in future related with
the work of field. I am a very professional personal and believes in working with full of my
potential. I like to face challenges because it helps me to showcase my effective problem solving
techniques. I carry the ability to manage and organise the assigned task properly and like to work
in a team environment. I am a quick learner and this ability has helped me gaining knowledge
effectively. These characteristics will help the institute in gaining great advantages in conducting
their tasks properly. This will also help me in gaining success in the professional career in the
field for my future growth.
The QQ university was the first and foremost preference I have to pursue my HND from
as it provides great academic knowledge and proper practical skills to the students. I have
worked as a service provider in the same field and had served with relevant ideas and solutions
related with the problems they were facing. Managing and carrying task effectively is not a easy
tasks that I have experienced in my previous working experiences. The past experience will help
me in gaining effective knowledge and will improve my intellectual level as well. The
opportunity of studying in the QQ university will help me making capable enough to face the
future challenges in effective and efficient manner and will eventually lead in creating success
and studying in the UK will be a life-changing opportunity for me and it will contain me with
