Personal statement of electrical engineering
My name is ABC and I am interested in Electrical engineering course. From the very young
age I was curious to know how the things work and try to understand the it properly. This lead to
increase my interest in physics and it has been always my favourite subject. In school my interest
towards science and mathematics help me in achieving high grades. I have taken part in various
school activities and developed different types of project related to electronic science. I was part
of a Science club in school and developed mini rocket propulsion for the science execution. This
was one of the best project and I have received various good feedback from teachers and other
students.
I was born in London and I stay here with my family. I have completed my schooling last
year from School of London and now I want to pursue my career in electrical engineering field.
My interest and evolving of this discipline is the major reason I want to apply for the Electrical
engineering degree from XYZ University. One of my senior and teacher has suggested my this
University because it will be able to provide me different opportunities as well as increase my
knowledge about this field. I have researched about XYZ University and find out the unique
method of teaching and developing skill of this College will be very helpful for me. I was able to
enhance my skills and potential my studying in this University.
During my schooling days, I have spent a two week of summer holidays in Microsoft
company. This was an amazing and learning experience for me and I have gain in sight about
different electronic tools as well as their uses. Microsoft is one of the largest technological
company and through this experience I have learned a lot about electronic devices. I like
travelling very much and I want to travel the whole world and explore things. Apart from
academic studies I have interest in Sports. I was caption of football team in my schools as well as
won different inter school completion. My interest in football has helped me in developing
different skills and confidence. I have developed strong personality and increase communication
skills by taking part in different school activities or completion.
I want to be part of XYZ University and study electronic engineering course. My skills
and capability will contribute positively in University.
