Personal Statement for University Admission
My love for science dates back since my childhood days. I managed to get a cgpa of
9.2/10 that would see me pursue bachelors in electronics and communication engineering in
Koneru Lakshmaiah University. One interesting thing that I encountered in my undergraduate
career, is that I had the opportunity to get exposed to a wide range of engineering courses that
was directed towards reinforcing my interest in engineering. Moreover, I have had an
opportunity of taking other subjects in humanities that have not only been an added advantage in
my career but also enlightening, providing me with different skills that would help me tackle
different situations we encounter in life.
During my academic period in school, I was an active student equipped with managerial
skills which enabled me to organize events such as Rice Bowl challenge, blood donation camp
for Asta Club in K.L University. I became a student campus ambassador from the University of
K.L and was an active member of the National Service Scheme (NSS) cell from 2016 – 2017
from K.L University.
In the realm of engineering, I have an interest in software engineering related to data
modeling in communication and industrial engineering. Having gained experience in my
previous work in Accenture Software Company in Hyderabad, I think I got all it takes to handle

any software related job that comes my way such as web design, monitoring communication in a
web application, web and windows testing, preparing a budget for a project and engaging in team
work to increase the success rate of a project. The work has provided me with valuable training
for the real world.
Some of the academic projects that I have been able to deliver successfully include the
performance analysis of crab leg based rf mems switch for k- ka band application, a mini project
on signature analyser using Verilog HDL, and quiz master project using proteus. During my
academic years, I have had a number of achievements and certification such as publishing a
paper in June 2016 that is titled “SIDE VIEW VEHICLE DETECTION METHOD”. In
December 2014, I participated in a competition and was awarded with a certificate of excellence
in “INTEL NATIONAL LEVEL COMPETITION”.
Of course, my plan was to complete my undergraduate studies and then further my career
to post graduate to pursue masters in industrial engineering and management at the University of
Tampere. This means that I will have to combine both technology and management studies
because I think management plays a very important role in any career, without having proper
management skills to tackle any engineering project, the success rate will not be as efficient as
opposed to a situation where high level of management skills are employed in execution of a
project.
All that life has taught me is to always cast out any form of fears on my path to success
because life is a journey that will always have the ups and down that are not meant to put us
down but to make us even stronger. Later on, I would like to work in a private institution that
deals in carrying out research and development projects. I believe I will make more contribution
in R & D by making use of my theoretical background in solving real life situations.

associated with your great institution that for a very long time has produced pioneers and notable
engineers in the country. I like the fact that the university encourage innovativeness among their
students and the training given is more hands on hence equipping your graduates with the right
skills for the real world. With this in mind, I would like to be part of the few students that will
leave a legacy in your university for being innovative and actually appreciating the need for
exploring science by integrating technology with nature because my background as an engineer
is more sustainable than the old ways of doing things. We should realize the fact that engineering
has a great impact in our lives today hence the need to appreciate and shape it to the right
direction in order to have more importance. With the knowledge and skills gained at your
prestigious university, I would like to engage and be part of our future technological
advancement and make great contributions in the future developments.
