1. INTRODUCTION
Personal statement is written descruptive form and it all about yourself it uses for
applying to a college, university, scholarship programs and job. It included the objective,
education qualification, interest, work experience, achievements and academic objective(Baxter,
and et. al., 2018). In this project explain that why I apply for business/health and social care
programme, previous work experience, choose course for particular education, correct time in
life for to do so and what are the challenges, difficulties faces and how will to deal with these
will be discussed.
2. MAIN BODY
The eventual objective to apply for this studies business/health and social care it provides
satisfaction to me for caring and helping the other people also seeing my patient go with
entergatic and healthy. These sectors are very booming and grow fastly also the demand is
increasing in this sector(Smith, and et. al., 2019). My focus is to gain knowledge in this sector
and develop personally and professionally and contribution toward the community. The job
opportunity chances is increasing in this sector and in the digital era it creates more opportunity,
therefore made career in the heath care sector is highest paid. This sector provides prospects to
help other people and improve the other physical heath and by that our character is also
improved. In the UK and worldwide deamnd for this sector is increase now it is the correct time
to do so because when not study and not focus on the study so in the future not get the better job
and grab the better job opportunity. It is necessry to take right decision on right time and right
age. It is the correct time to pply for studies/health and social care beacuse the demand is
increase in this sector and necessary to do something for economy and enviroment.
After completing my graduation I select to work at Guys's and St. Thomas' NHS
foundation trust it is hospital and health care service centere and it situated in united kingdom
and it was the great experience. I have 2 year work experience and in this two year learned lot of
things met different type of people and caring the people peovide me satisfaction. I could come
here to understand that how to care and provide better services to different types of people also
learn that how to treat the patient and learn whatever studied in graduation. I was dedicated
toward my work know about the various types of diseases and met with numerious peole know
about their problem and try to solve it. The working enviroment is really good also more
comfortable and teamwork is really good by that learn how to coordinate with the team. To met

with the new people and communicate with that learn new language. Training here for the 2
month I decided that want to make carrer in this field and take care and provide services to of
UK people also due to the pandemic and arises of new diseases create opportunity for this field.
I have to applied for studies in health and social care because I want to do something for
my community and provide contribution towards the society,also easily know about the people
problems and also like to do care of the public. It increases the employability skills also enhance
or develop the skill in the different range of areas and know about the responsibility and new
skliolla learn also develop ourself personally(McGilton and et al., 2018). The first reason to
study health and social care it provides 99% employment for the student after completing the
graduation it provides chance to again study for the six-month so it is plus point for in this filed
and this sector most demanding and growing area. Year by year the population is increase and
disease is increaser and everybody wants to survive for the longer period so people require
support & care. It provides various development opportunity for their employee and institution
provide job opportunity for their students so make career in this field provide opportunity to
learn new skill and more employment opportunity in the different areas. It is a highly paid
professional so also it provides financial support and provide various subsidy to their employee
and the students. In this area have various global opportunity to study and do job anywhere the
United Kingdom alone provide highly advanced level study in the area of healthcare& social
care.
This course provide me various employment opportunity in the different field such as
aviation industry, NGO, specially medical field, home health aides, nurse
practitioner,occupational therapist, physical therapist. Like that other filed in this field also have
a various career opportunity and also have better earning (Buse, and et. al., 2018), In the
aviation industry appoint professional doctor, nurse, medical staff for their customer and staff in
this field they paid highly to their doctor and nurse for example suppose aviation industry have
various aeroplane and per aeroplane they appoint nurse and doctor so their demand is increase. In
the NGO they provide their social and health care services by providing free check-up, medical
services, provide free treatment in the remote and rural areas provide health awareness like
aware to people regarding new diseases. In the medical field have various opportunity and ropel
appoint home health aides to those who not go to hospital for daily routine check-up so there
have another employment opportunity(Surr and et. al., 2017). Appoint personal doctor by the

industry for take care of the staff and their employee and in hospital hire nurse practitioner and
after study and getting knowledge open their personal clinic.
There are many difficulties and challenges faces in the heath and spacial care, today in
the advanced technological era it difficult to cope up with the new technology so appoint
technological specialist person who friendly and know about the new technology so by these deal
with the problem. Shortage of healthcare staffing so it creates problem to handle the patient and
can't provide services to our patient so to manage the problem appoint the HR manager so this
handle the problem. Big risk relates during the treatment and surgery of the patient such that any
mistake occur not proper treatment provides to patient so damage the personal and hospital
image(Lindberg, and Lundgren, 019). Changes in the healthcare regulatory so to mange with the
new changes it creates a big challenge so to deal with that problem prepare yourself or the staff
to adjust with the changes and adopt the changes and when the changes in the government policy
so the healthcare cost is increase the other reason is that unhealthy growing UK population, the
new technology is more costly, drugs prices are increase and because of all that reason the health
care cost is increase so to deal with all the challenges and difficulties prepare action plan in the
advance to cope up with the problem.
3. CONCLUSION
It can also be concluded that gain knowlege in the health and social care is very valuable
and it this field have various opportunity and it is the right time to do so. It have a very wide
scope becasue provide services and helps to diffrent people from that learn new things, also that
make a action plan in advance to cope up with difficulties.
