PERSONAL STATEMENT
After completing my HND level 3 it feels wonderful as completing it was in my list and
while doing level 3, I got a lot of knowledge and skills which helped me in developing an overall
better outlook towards along with improvement in my knowledge about diploma. The process
helped me in understand the importance of skills and knowledge. After getting skilled in few
things, it made me curious about getting more knowledge regarding this. I wanted to develop
deeper knowledge about this and hence wish to pursue for the level 4 of HND.
While I was studying for level 3, I was not good in many of my subjects and skills, I was not
good with communication and used to avoid confronting people. When I started the level 3 I
preferred alone time which although strengthened my patience and resilience but instilled stage
fear in me which cannot be exactly categorized as ideal university student behaviour. Level 3
process was quite tough for me but while going through it I got to learn a lot about myself that
it’s not that tough to face people and communicate. The process helped me in developing my
communication skills and also increased my confidence and moral which was lacking in the past.
It allowed me to gain the knowledge about the subjects I liked and also helped me to get practical
knowledge and a good self-development. Increase in confidence helped me with my studies, and
I was able to focus in a lot of other activities with a greater tenancy. The places in which I still
lack is something which I want to eliminate from myself and want to improve them. One of the
weak point which I want to develop is working in teamwork which is something where I lack
because it is good to work in team and get outcomes which you desire.
After doing all this hardwork in level 3 my interest in Higher diploma knowledge rises,
and I am interested in getting more of the depth knowledge about my subject and want to
improve my skills. Level 4 is something for which I am looking forward to getting the
opportunity so that I can improve and develop my skills and knowledge, and develop in- depth
knowledge of my interested subject which will help me in future and will give me strength in my
knowledge.
