PERSONAL STATEMENT
Raising kids with my both parents operating their own business brought me an ongoing
interest with how business operates, particularly the connection among the employee and the
employer, and that this impacts the big decisions that organization have to make for its success
(Datta, 2020). My passion for managing business from a crucial moment where my father
wanted to take a new path in the company that led the employees to be angry. Seeing the effects
of the decisions he made to please the staff reinforced my decision to pursue University level
business management. Throughout my study I found that your university (XYZ
University) provides outstanding academic content and very well-developed practice knowledge,
technically focused curriculum to its learners. Students are qualified to define, interpret and
assess the position of the main business management activities, variables, procedures, and
systems.
The subject I would like to study (Business Management) is quite energetic, lively and
vibrant and it needs a lot of attributes from the people who have studied it and implement it in
their work. I firmly embrace the challenge. I learnt how to work in teams as a group member in
inter or intra college projects that organized by my university (DeMott, 2018). In my High
School discussion club "Debate," of that I've been an involved participant for 3 years, trained me
critical thought and improved my communication skills which provide me lot of confidence. I've
learned useful listening experience and the best way of communicating controversial thoughts to
staff. My involvement in various extra - curricular activities sports has kept me focused and
disciplined. I am capable of dealing with the situations by displaying adaptability and patience,
what they may be.
I think all the youth around the globe are closely linked, no matter where it is located
from, they seem to intersect somehow. And they immediately understand each other, since
ambitious youngsters have shared ambitions and goals. And if I have the ability to still be
welcomed at your university, I hope to meet a bunch of new and fascinating people, making new
connections, and learn about various customs and beliefs. Most importantly, I'll get the massive
opportunity in my career and life to be successful. I realize I may face other challenges, but
they'll be experiences that will allow me quite sassy to accomplish my dreams. The information I
will be gaining will be of immense benefit towards me and to my future work in this global
marketplace. I'll be formulated not to fear from competitors, to think big, to be rational and to be
