INTRODUCTION
The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management will be based on that in depth
knowledge for the basic operation course of foundation to be more strategic level which will be
emerging the candidate with the new sphere of life (10 things to put in your personal statement,
2018). This will be a personal statement of mine stating what are my qualifications and positive
in me. A personal statement would be short reflective essay which is written as to why you are
perfect candidate for undergraduate degree or course you are applying.
MAIN BODY
As I have completed my BA in Business management from University of London in 2017
with second class and I'm also having experience in working field especially dealing with
customer. As a counter assistant I worked for 2 years from 2014 to 2016 in London only other
than this I'm also having experience of Bar tender in Barista for 1 year and from June 2011 to
July 2013 worked as bar tender in May Fair Nani's restaurant. Now I would be liking to switch
my job with nursing home receptionist so my desire in taking nursing as my career established at
the time when I visited one of the nursing home of my area. After the interaction with their staff I
learnt that I could also get the good paid job here as Domestic Care Assistant. So I'm having
knowledge of customer service as I worked for customers only also having experience of selling
consumer goods. This would be helping me in my nursing career as well where I would be
applying through UCAS for Adult nursing. I have worked in all environment which is very high
profile in which I used to give information to customers to help them select best products.
Taking cash from customers and process transaction accurately and efficiently and then
processing all the methods of payments (Taylor, 2018). It was under my duty to look about the
place where I worked to be clean, tidy and safe at all the times. Greeting with customers to
ascertain what each customer is wanting or needs without being overbearing. As I was working
since 2006 in this field of hospitality industry. So this could be helping me in my nursing career
like I could easily dealing and handling customers who are coming to get their treatment in
nursing home. In way I'm having experience of working in hospitality industry where we are
primarily taught how to greet customer listen them and then treat them all in way they want to be
treated. This is as per very difficult task for those who are having no experience in this field
while I'm having so I could be helping your firm as well. At there my work was to answer all

stock handling and easy could maintain what I could do and which type of job I'm suitable for.
From January 2008 to March 2009 I worked in Dean's hair as Receptionist were I used to
unpack and pack the stop floor tidy which will be helping me to keep the store clear and tidy. In
this way out I learnt that I could be helping to keep my nursing home clean and organised so that
all things are at their suitable place where they should be. There I was also providing high level
of customer service which made me solve the queries of products or that of customer in better
way. While working here I was ultimately trained to work in an environment where I used to
deal with very large volume of people as well.
I'm having many educational qualification as with my working as bar tender or as
receptionist I was also studying with this which proved to be very good for my growth and
development. Till this time with educational qualification I'm also having working experience in
hospitality industry. I was having Business management qualification which I passed with
second class and also having working experience of about 10 years in field so I could easily get a
permanent job in this industry only. Having lot of experience in field of hospitality industry
would be always helping me to grow in my career so that I could be growing and helping others
who are with me as well. Apart from this I was qualified with certain other degree or certification
as well. In 1992-1996 I studied from Sanitar college Baccalaureate Diploma GCSE from
Romania then I studied from September 2008-2009 in accounting technician level 2 and level 3
from September 2009-2010.

quality of work which I do. All IT skills which I'm having would be helping me to keep track

As I was born in Romania so my native language is Romanian but other than this I also
have knowledge of English which I could read, write and speak very well. But I also know the
basic of French, Spanish and Italian language. This would be helping me to work in any of these
nations including Romania, Spain, France and England also in any other country where English
speaking population is higher. With having good skills, knowledge about market and hospitality
industry, higher qualification and knowledge of multiple language (5 of them) it is easy for me
to work anywhere in Europe. I could also ensure that I would be doing very good only in all
these countries that too with great ease. All the knowledge of different language would be
helping me in interaction with patients if they are coming from other countries like that of
Romania or France.
Then I come to my hobbies so I'm very found of playing challenging puzzle games which
help me in my mind development and in thinking better way to easily solve problems in better
way out. I also like to write poems and reading books which will be developing my knowledge
of thinking and building up my imagination as well (Abramowitz, 2018). I could understand and
interpret the correct meaning of things or events that are surrounding me this will be more and
more developing my imagination skills and then writing that down in my own words would also
be easy for me. During my whole course of life I always like to meet new people so that I could
know about them and also about their culture or background from where they are coming. This
thing make me very much flexible and adjustable with new people who are coming into my life.
So I would also like to spend quality time with my family and friends which makes me feel little
relax from my engaged schedule. I also like to travel from one place to the other this is the main
reason behind my knowledge about multiple language.

At the end it was concluded that I could easily work in hospitality industry from any part
of Europe as I have been in many countries including France, Spain, England, Romania and
