Introduction
Managers are the building blocks of all the organizational setup. Therefore it is the
responsibility of the managers to make sure that they have a well developed idea about the
different strengths and the weaknesses that are present within them. Conducting a personal
SWOT is of utmost importance for all the individuals. This is mainly because of the fact that all
the aspiring job candidates who are studying are to again their professional goals in future will
have to work in such a way that they get to know about their own strengths and their weaknesses
(Madsen, 2016). It is for this reason that I always consider to make an in-depth analysis of the
different strengths and the different kinds of weakness that are actually present within me and
how can I use them in them mg run in order my goals.
As per my perception, it is really very essential to have a well defined and around an idea
about the different kinds of qualities present within myself that can be used for obtaining the
various career goals that I have set for myself. I want to or at a very successful management
passion in future in any of the famous multi-national companies (Suez environnement. 2012).
Suez is one of the most well known companies that mainly deal in producing different eco-
friendly products. As per my perception in order to work in this company, I have to possess some
of the wells to develop skill sets like well-defined communication skill, interpersonal skills and
also some of their abilities. This is one of the essential skills as I will have to indulge myself in a
large number of communication systems. Suez is an international private company based in
Paris, France, specialized in .water distribution and waste collection and treatment worldwide.
As I have previously been working as an administrative employee, I will also be able to get an
excellent opportunity to work in this company as I will b able to stay connected with a strong
workforce spread over a more extensive section of the world. However, I have to keep in mind

that there can be several hurdles coming in my way in my future career. Therefore I will have to
make sure that I am being able to face these challenges and also overcoming them by taking the
right kind of strategies.
Strengths
Communication is one of my biggest
strengths. It is evident from my past
experiences that I can conduct all them official
meetings correctly and at the same time I
convey the official messages from one
department to the other both in the verbal and
the non-verbal forms.
The other skill that I have is the interpersonal
skill. I think that in order to become a
successful manager I will always have to
understand the needs and demands of the
employees and p[provide the right kind of
support for them so that they can overcome
their issues
Weakness
As per my perception, my lack of decision
making power is one of the flaws that I often
have to suffer from. I think that I will have to
overcome this issue so that I can understand
the pros and cons of taking any decision and be
bold enough to make the decision without
being too timid or shy.

My empathetic and interpersonal skills are
some of the significant opportunities that I can
use in the long run during my work period in
the Suez company
Anger issue and that lack of the ability to deal
with pressure are some of the weakness that
might come in my way of working as a
successful manager. Therefore I will have to
properly so that I can overcome this issue and
make sure that I am able to manage the work
pressure. In order to work successfully as a
manager in the Suez company, I will have to
make sure that am being able to keep a cool
and calm mid-set so that I can deal with all the
different kinds of work pressure and also cater
to the various issues that are arising in different
parts of the world
I am of the opinion that as I have the interpersonal skill, this will be helping me in
collaborating with the other local authorities. It is evident that Suez Company often has to go in
some kinds of collaboration or mergers with the local authorities. This is because the company
mainly works with the problem of pollution in the local areas, it is really very essential to talk
with the people of villages and also understand about the different problems that they are going
through. Therefore it is really very helpful to have a well-defined communication skill and also
the interpersonal skill that will be needed to talk with the people of the local places and go to the
root cause of the issue that they are suffering from.

At the same time, I am also of this perception that I will have to deal with the issue of
anger as this will be a significant problem in the part of working as a successful manager; I have
to make sure that I am not losing my mind and maintaining a calm state of mind (Inuwa, Mashi
& Salisu, 2017). I will have to look or the construction of all the wastewater management system
along with the development of the eco-friendly products. This is one of the most robust works as
it needs the interaction with a large number of stakeholders I will have to maintain both an
employee-centric and customer-centric approach. This is required so that I am able to form a
joint collaborative group effort and also develop a proper and sound horizontal communication
system. This will be very helpful for working as a competent manager. I will be able to
understand the queries and the doubts of my coworkers and then take the decisions so that I can
support all the needs and demands of the organization.
However, I think that it is really very essential to have a complete idea about what others
are feeling about my behavior. A manager is someone who has to work with a large number of
people coming from many different social and economic backgrounds. As a result of this, it is
beneficial to use the Johari Window model so that I get to know about the unusual weakness and
the strengths that are known to me but it to others (Anra & Yamin, 2017). Using this model will
surely have an instrumental role as it will be helping me to organize myself as per the standards
of the Suez Organization

This area includes information that usually contains those skills or those qualities that are
known both by the person and also by their peers or the coworkers. I have used different methods
like undertaking group discussion sessions and the personal interview session so that I get to

know what others know about me, and I will also tally the same with my own perception. I have
seen that my coworkers are also aware of my excellent communication abilities. They know that
I can carry on the communication system in a proper way (Phadermrod, Crowder & Wills, 2019).
As Suez Company is a company with a large number of stakeholders located in different parts of
the world, I always try to develop a horizontal communication system so that it can be carried on
in the right manner and all the employees can be made a part of the different business decisions
that are being undertaken.
Blind area
The blind self showed me that my coworkers I am of an escapist nature, and often, I do
not try to support the arising needs and the demands of the coworkers. However, I can say that
this is not right. The coworkers are of this opinion that I often try to leave the work or do not
carry on my responsibilities properly (Frese, Hass & Friedrich, 2016). As per my observation,
this is because of my silent and timid nature. I think that I will have to overcome this issue and
start talking with my coworkers in a proper way and believe that the employees are in dire need
of the support of their manager.
Hidden area
Accountability is one of the major skill preset within me. This is known to me and
unknown to the other coworkers. This is mainly because of the fact that I am of a timid and quiet
environment. I am also of a very nervous under tremendous work pressure and often feel that I
will make some mistakes in my work (Korableva & Kalimullina, 2016). It has also happened that

usually under huge work pressure I have been unable to deal with the work pressure and left it
halfway, it is for this reason that I often try to stay away from some work responsibilities.
Unknown area
I will try to see if there are any such aspects that are arising in future related to my work
field; I will have to make sure that I maintain a proper track of myself rating records and the
feedbacks that are being shared by others.
Therefore I believe that I have chosen the right career path, and I will have to work my
areas of weakness moreover so that I can carry on with all the different work responsibilities. As
I have excellent interpersonal skill, I will be able to undertake a due analysis of the various issues
that are present in the local villages and what are the problems that the local people are going
through. At the same time, I will also make sure that I am taking a proper feedback system.
Feedback is one of the most useful aspects of working in Suez Company. As there are some
issues in the diversity problem in the company culture, taking due feedback from the employees
will be one of the essential steps. This will be very helpful for me to know if all the female
employees have been adequately represented in the organization. It is only through the proper
feedback system that I will be able to know about the actual issues that the employees are going
through.
As Suez Company is also undergoing an organization change, my well-developed
communication and interpersonal skill will be much useful in connecting all the employees with
the manager. I will be able to act as a bridge between the employees and the managers. As the
company has now undertaken a new change to make sure that there is maximum participation of

the employees, it is really essential that I develop proper self-confidence and also a kind of
fearless nature. I will try to keep in mind that if I am able to make the right decisions at the right
time, then my coworkers will be able to vest a proper trust in me and my abilities. As the
company is mainly responsible for the sewage and the wastewater treatment management
system, there can be several complications arising from the political rules and regulations.
Therefore it is really very important to deal with the work pressure. As I am of a perfectionist
and detail-oriented nature, I am suitable for the post. On the other hand, I will have to overcome
the anger issue, so that being able to carry on with all the different sets of work properly. I will
also take short breaks so that I am able to carry n with the job without losing my temper.
Conclusion
Thus it can be concluded that I have some qualities that are suitable for the purpose of
becoming a good manager in the near future. I will however take care of the different opinions
and the feedbacks that have been shared by my colleagues and my friends regarding their
feelings about me. I will take care of the fact that I am being able to nurture my strengths and
also overcome my weaknesses in the long run.
