INTRODUCTION
Health and social care is concerned with the provision of the heat and social work
activities. This services and activities are being provided by the trained medical professionals of
the hospitals and from the other facilities like residential services as well. This assessment is
based on the NHS (National health services), which provide the comprehensive health services to
the people. This assessment will include the comparison of the personal principles and values to
the principles of support for working in health and social care. This will also include the
assessment, how personal culture and experience of the influence the own role of the practiser
nurse in health and social care. Further more impact of the new development and changes to the
personal values of the practiser of the NHS.
