The following values that I personally hold with high regard have helped me completing my
undergraduate degree.

Accountability: taking responsibility of own deeds and the accepting any kind of criticism
Capability Audit:
Good communication is one of the major qualities that most of the employers seek while
selecting a graduate for certain job (Robles 2012). This is because an effective communication
can lead to a profitable business outcome (DeKay 2012). The experience is also a factor in this
regard. While working previously with managers of CBA, I had to meet different business
personnel’s regularly, which I believe has increased my capacity to communicate effectively
with professionals. I always keep it in mind that to enhance my communication skill I must
ensure that I am able to connect with people rather than just meeting them up.

As the assistant risk manager of the CBA bank I had huge responsibility regarding the
administrative procedure of the organization such as strategic planning for reducing the risk
factor, taking care of my team, implementing the strategies in the entire department that might be
affected by the risk, time and the priority management and others. Apart from all tasks I had to
balance the social and professional life while my organization performed the CSR activities,
effective business communication with clients required good organizational and administrative
skills. Therefore, I believe I have the quality of managing the organizational and administrative
work, as most of the employers look for as one of the selection criterion in a graduate (Goetsch
and Davis 2014).
Apart from having work experience as the assistant risk manager of CBA, I also worked
in a small financial service provider company while doing my undergraduate degree. There I had
worked with a team of 10 people. In addition, my university also arranged a program for the
undergraduate students, where student can attend workshops based on professional development.
In the workshop, the students had to work in group of five for business problem solving, strategic
planning, and other tasks (Kyllonen 2013). This workshops and my past work experience has
helped me in developing my ability to work as part of a team. I strongly believe the employers
seeking the experience in of a candidate in teamwork can find the same in me.

regard, I would like to summarize my experience in the specific context. I worked in CBA as risk
manager with a team of 12 people as I have stated previously. Which I did not mention is that I
have also worked with as a project manager of CBA for six months. As the project manager, my
responsibility includes providing proper training and coaching to my fellow team members about
the project and the process in which the project will be worked out (Musa et al. 2012). The bank
used to have number of finance projects that needed inclusivity and the proper efficiency to be
completed. As the project manager, not only it was my duty to train my team members to
understand and work on the project, but also my responsibility includes a thorough supervision
of the projects. I believe while performing the role of a project manager (Arnold 2016), I have
obviously developed the ability to manage projects of various kinds. I strongly hope the
