INTRODUCTION
Vision Board refers to a detailed collage of several images which have a certain impact
on an individual (Rider, 2015). It is an activity which is performed by individuals in order to
develop the same as a source of their motivation. The report below is based on development of a
vision board and a detailed analysis of the same.

Discussion of Themes
While completing the activity, there were several themes which had a strong and positive
influence (Dervarics and O'Brien, 2016). Further, these themes relate with one another in terms
of the motivation which they provide. Thus, from this vision board, the themes which were
evident are discussed below:

 Success:
The very first theme which is quite evident with respect to the vision board is success. As
reflected by the collage, each picture showcases a notion of success and impression of victory.
Furthermore, the theme also focuses on the hard work which is required to achieve success. The
board reflects effective elements that revolve around getting these individuals towards success in
their careers. For instance, the persistence and positive thinking, which are the biggest factors in
the victory process, are being accurately reflected by the vision board (Miorandi and et. al.,
2012).
 Passion:
Another theme which is apparent after the activity is passion. One could easily figure out
that passion is required within an individual to ensure a prominent growth and victory in life.
The same is reflected in the collage, where one player is seen quite passionate about his sport,
another one seems too passionate about her country. This passion is the driving force which
encourages and motivates a person onto indulging in activities and adopting a lifestyle which is
completely based on consistency and effective urge to accomplish something.
Both these themes have been quite evident by the board above and are effective in
context with encouraging and motivating to achieve better outcomes. The reason behind this is
that it reflects the happiness and feeling of relief which a person experiences after achieving their
targets. Thus, the board is quite prominent in that aspect (Marinides and et. al., 2015).
Main Goals
There are several goals which I would like to accomplish in the future, which are strong
basis of development of this vision board. For example, my biggest vision is to become a
successful entrepreneur in future. It has always been my ultimate goal to set up my own venture
in the future and become successful in the same. While performing this activity, I was highly
motivated in achieving better outcomes as well as transform my actions which would lead me
directly towards this goal of mine. Moreover, it has also provided me a keen insight on aspects
which are still restraining me to move towards this goal effectively.
Another prominent goal for me is to develop a improved, positive and a balanced
mindset. I believe this goal is quite important for me to possess in context with appropriately and
effectively moving forward in life and succeeding at every step effectively. Thus, this board
encourages me to attain the level of balance these players have, as well as the positive mindset

which is required to be possessed by me in order to attain success in every field which I wish to
explore. However, I believe that I somewhat possess the balance which is needed with
perspective to ensure a prominent growth and handling difficult situations. However, I still lack
positivity in my mindset as I tend to focus on negative outcomes of my actions. This also affects
my decision making and confidence. Nevertheless, the board is an effective aspect which is quite
prominent in helping me develop a vision that my hard work, persistence and balanced mindset
would soon lead to success and would help me develop an effective pathway to grow
(Watkinson, 2013).
Perception of Activity
Indulging into development of the vision board was quite a unique experience, which was
effective for me in terms of analysing my motivational factors as well as appropriately
developing a vision which would encourage and motivate me perhaps all my life. I really
enjoyed indulging into finding pictures that develop a positive mindset and encourage me to
achieve higher standards in life towards my goals.
When the vision board was complete, I was quite surprised on the simplicity and
precision which was reflected by the collage as it was associated with success and I was
overwhelmed with what it showcased. This is because, all my life, I have been quite motivated
by sports and it really makes me feel good seeing victory of champions as it inspires me to
become successful and work towards it. The activity was highly enjoyable and fun as I really like
to indulge myself in activities which are creative and allows me to develop my own content
without fear of judgement. It helped me to reflect both on my past as well as on my future. The
former perspective was associated with my aspirations since my childhood. While as for latter, it
really helped me gain a crucial insight with respect to my capabilities to succeed in life. In
addition to this, it would encourage and motivate me always into thinking that a person could
achieve success easily and effectively by working appropriately towards their goals. Moreover,
their victorious journeys also would induce positive feelings in me and would ensure
development of a balanced mindset in future, which I believe is necessary for survival and
conquering.

CONCLUSION
Thus, it could be concluded by the information above, that indulging into an activity with
context to formation of vision board is highly effective and motivating task. Furthermore,
determining and analysing the themes within vision board would enable individuals in
identifying the main aspect for which this activity was performed. Lastly, aligning the activity
with main goals and further assessing the completion of task would help an individual in
appropriately evaluating their past aspirations and future goals effectively and acquiring motives
to work upon the same.
