1PERSONAL WELLNESS INVENTORY AND REFLECTION
Part I: Inventory
Spiritual and Emotional:
Part A:
According to the “EHS Personal Assessment” I am an emotional adolescent and I feel
confident about worshiping the God, spending some time with God, to be an important
participant in the community.
Part B:
After doing the survey according to the principle 1, 2 and 5; I am an emotional adolescent
and I generally don’t like when anyone questions me. I make quick interpretations about the
people. I don’t forgive that person who hurts me. In my subconscious mind I remember the
persons whom I loved. I mainly believe in doing the work than only depending on the god.
According to the principle 3 and 4; I am an emotional adult, where I used to love and
respect other without being judgmental. I am able to access my personal strengths, weaknesses
and the limits. I deeply believe that Jesus used to love me and I do not care about what other
people are thinking about me.
According to the principle 6 and 7; I am an emotional child and I am too much impatient
when it comes to a matter of stress. I used to take the things very personally, shows emotional
tantrum, complains about the things which I don’t get, manipulate the things and tries to take
revenge.

2PERSONAL WELLNESS INVENTORY AND REFLECTION
Care is a process that is too much rewarding but it also needs hard work. It might be
emotionally or physically. We have to replenish ourselves at time otherwise it can form the
caregiver stress and depression.
According to the survey “EHS Personal Assessment” I am at an elevated risk of burnout
and at this stage I am possibly managing the stresses which are related to the caregiver. At this
point I must stay low and provide some rest to mind and body. So that it can help in reducing the
risks of chronic stress.
Part II:
Plan to combat compassion fatigue and burnout.
Compassion fatigue is a serious hazard in occupation for the caregivers. It can be
characterized by the exhaustion of the physical and mental health also there is a decrease in the
ability to empathize. I can prevent my combat compassion by getting knowledge about the signs
and symptoms about the compassion fatigue; by practicing about the self care; by setting the
emotional boundaries; engaging ourselves in the hobbies; increasing our resiliency; and
identifying the workplace strategies.
Plan to promote your own spiritual growth.
Spiritual growth is the process of becoming close to the Jesus and has a strong faith in
Jesus. I can improve my spiritual growth by identifying the blessings; nurturing a prayer and
share it; have a faith in religion; by being a grateful person; serving other people; by being
reliable; by spending time in the nature and asking god to make me a blessing. By believing me a
disciple of Jesus we can help in the increase of our spiritual growth. I can create a space of

healing at my home where I can do prayer or reading. I must meditate everyday for 10 minutes
and by doing this I must learn how to focus on the present. I should be aware of the things that
are happening in my boy. I can spend 10 minutes per day to read a book which is having the
spiritual theme. I can sit alone and explore the energy inside me, focus on the energy and try to
feel it. By building a faith in the community, attending a local church, forming a group with
whom I can share the spiritual connection. I have to stay with those people who used to care
about me and share the values with them. I must honor myself and my feeling and the ideas that I
am having.
