seminars etc. support up to the higher level. Moreover, by using several process like take proper
guidance, update with the market trends and conditions, work with the honestly, meet with the
deadlines etc. are used by me which help to increase performance level within working
environment.

Under the DISC model of personality traits there are four kinds of personalities included
which are like Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. From these all my
personality type relies under the Influence because I have the behaviour of enthusiasm up to the

higher extent along with the optimistic nature. Moreover, those things which I not like and not
supportive for me then I ignore to them rather than working upon it.
Influence kind of personality trait impacts on my work and time management skills up to
the better level. According to this particular trait my behaviour is of the enthusiasm and
optimistic type. Further, when I dislike the tasks and things then ignore them which lead to
reduce time consuming. If I take the task forcefully which is not liked by me then I will spend
time to make interest and understand it. Hence, it will be highly time consuming and impact on
the managed work time negatively.

2 short term goals:
Improve problem solving skills
Increase performance level and become employee of the year
In order to fulfil or meet with goal of skill improvement I will take more responsibilities
of the company for resolving basic problems. As I will take higher and more number of
responsibilities then my capability to resolve issues and make solutions will be improve. Further,
I will be able to raise my problem solving qualities and skills up to the higher level and meet
with the goals.
For meeting with the second goal of short term I will become more loyal towards the
company as well as raise my time management skills. With this, I can complete assigned tasks on
the time or before deadlines which is helpful for raising my own performance at the workplace.
Along with this, I will take higher responsibilities of the company which is also one kind of
strategy to improve my performance. Further, as performance level raises then supports to
become employee of the year within company.

In the daily to do list when I want to derive that which one task is more important and
needs to complete then I will match the current market trend and goals with the tasks. The trend
of market conditions will be analysed through reading different kinds articles, magazines and
researching etc. On the basis of this specific procedure I will assess priority of the project in
proper manner
Rationale behind giving priority of the particular task is that meet with the goals and
objectives. Prioritise tasks are selected on the basis of matching with the goals and due to which
