INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning refers to the process of educational terms that main purpose is to
customised the learning of the students on the bases of their need, knowledge and interest. IN
this every students can highly focused on preparing the learning plan so that they can learn best
and developed their overall performance and career related to future perspective. This report
includes the reflection which induces the learning modules so that developing the personal
development plan is to be easy. It also helpful in generating and attaining the goals on timely
manner (Harman, A. and Burrows, L., 2019).

PART A
Reflective profile
I have learned the several aspects during my learning which helps in enhancing my
professional development. Here, Learning is a vital application for me because it helps in
understanding the new things, skills which is effective for professional development (Piscopo,
J.M., 2018). Professional development reflects as a developing and improvising the knowledge
for successful meeting the needs during my module. During this module I have learned several
types of skills that is very effective for developing my personal and professionalism. In this I can
highly focused on taking the notes, research skills, digital skills related to arts, referencing skills,
Academic writing, use of ICT skills, communication skills and many more. All these knowledge
is very prominent and consider as a high strength related to enhancing the professional
knowledge. By involving in the communication skills the major strength is that it will develops
my networking which is quite effective in gaining high success within my professional career.
By involving in this I can participate in presentation, seminars, social media tools so that the
communication is getting stronger that helps in attaining the targets within future
professionalism. By involving in this activities for developing the communication skill I can face
the major issues because of my weakness to stand in front of many people. To develops the ICT
skills I can highly focused on the online classes and use of British library so that my computer
related knowledge is to be developed. Within this I can face the unde4rstansding issues because
of the language barrier. This will shows the weaknesses. Further for developing the learning of
academic writing I can mainly emphasis on participating and keeping the notes effectively and

efficiently. All these terms is very effective and prominent for enhance the professional
development in the future terms. Involving in the internship process will develops the high career
options that will shows the high strength for me. But during my internship I can face challenges
related to team bonding and working culture and to remove this barrier I can developed my
networking skills and so that my future career options is to b highly enhanced. Social media tools
is very helpful for self learning and also helps in understanding the several other activities in
effective and efficient way. To overcome this issues my seniors can supports me to high extent
during my communication, research skills and because of this I can inhale the working spirit in a
team in prominent manner. For developing high learning I can take the regular classes
participating in all types of activities that are seminars, group discussions,presentation and many
others activities. All these skills and knowledge helps in de3veloping the professional career that
also enhance the living standard within society. Further it is to be analysed that the
communication skill is majorly essential for enhancing the professional career because the
business industry have high competition and to sustain for a longer period of time I can highly
focus on developing the skills and knowledge.
PART B
Personal Learning and Development plan
Personal learning defines as a process of improving, developing talents, building the
manpower and their quality of life. Conducting this plan is very helpful in enhancing the skills
and knowledge which will be effective for developing professional terms and career within the
future. To enhance the professional and personal development involving inn the module for
learning several skills is very useful (D’Altri, A.M., and et. al. 2019). This PDP involves the
basic three steps that can be reflective below:
Stage 1 – Analysis- In this first step personal learning and development plan various
strength and weaknesses is to be examined which helps in gaining the further
development that are helpful in personal development. In this various strength and
weaknesses is to be identified the strength is my catching power that helps in learn new
things very effective and efficiently. It will helps in developing my skills in a set time
period. Independent learning is also very helpful as it reflects as a high strength during
the module completion (OCHUKUT, S.A. and OBOKO, R., 2019). In this several

weaknesses can be faced during completing their module that are presenting in a larger
audience, verbal skill, team management skill, ICT research skills in all these terms
practice is more important. As it will create high opportunities within the business
market. The major opportunity in completing this module is that it will develops my
British communication skill, proof reading skills which helps in my professional career.
My online reading and learning skills helps in achieving the several activities effectively
and efficiently (de Beer, A.M., 2020). My extra curricular activities helps in developing
the CV which looks impressive at the time of taking jobs. My effective writing skills
helps other to simply understood the notes so that objectives can be attained on time and
in effective way. This will reflects as a foundation of developing the career. This analysis
helps in analysing the several strength and weaknesses so that I can focus on the module
according to that and gain the high results that will enhance the future professional
career. Further it is analysed that in completing the module the seniors and teachers
highly support due to this module can be completed in effective and efficient way. This
analysis helps in setting the goals and objectives so that high results can be shown in the
future development. In this motivation is the major strength that is received from the
seniors and classmates which helps in accomplishing the goals on timely manner
(FAKOYA, J.T., 2019).
Stage 2 – Setting goals- After analysis of the personal and learning development setting
goals is very essential because without it no targets can be attained appropriately and a
person can gain higher success over it. These goals can be set on the basis of SMART
objectives that gives the high information regarding realistic, measurable, time bound,
attainable and specific. In this I can highly focus on enhancing the communication and
team management skills that is significant for gaining the professional development
within the specify period of time. For this a person can highly focus on the practising and
involving in online classes so that high performance can be gained. In setting the realistic
goals desires and ambitions can be ignored so that goals can be attained on timely
manner. The skills can be attained within the period of 3 weeks so that further I can
effectively involved in the professional career (Doherty, A., Millar, P. and Misener, K.,
2020).

Stage 3 – Personal objectives- After setting the goals for attaining the objectives in can
highly involved in achieving the personal goals that will helps in attaining the career
successfully. In this I can set the goals by managing the career so that effective and
positive results can be gained out. In this a goals can be set as per the week. In this
communication skills can be gained within the period of one week so that improving the
skills is very effective (Yu, D. and Wu, X.J., 2018). another second goal is to related to
the gaining the high knowledge regarding team management so that after getting the high
jobs more targets can be attained on time. In this goals can be set related to after
graduation in which I can highly focus on becoming a HR manager so that I can
effectively handle the team and this will secure my future and also helps in long term
sustainability with in market with good position. This helps in building the self
confidence so that achieving the goals would be successful. Above setting goals in more
important in gaining the long terms personal objectives. By doing the best high task can
be attained.
CONCLUSION
From the above reflective report it is to be concluded that the personalised learning is an
effective term because it helps in gaining the skills, knowledge and professional career that will
enhance the standard of living. It inculcates the reflective report which helps in defining the
several module that I have learned for gaining professional and personal development. It is very
helpful to examine the strength and weaknesses. Further it include the personal and professional
development plan in which three stage is to be included that helps in analysing the strength and
weaknesses. Further this helps in setting the goals which helps in attaining the personal aims and
purpose which is quite attractive for developing the career.
