INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning is defined as an educational approach which is used for
customization learning of each student’s needs, interest, strengths, and skills (Maseleno and
et.al., 2018). This reports aims to write a reflective personalised learning which assists an
individual to understand that what they learnt and what areas where they need to get more
learning. It includes feelings positive and negative experiences and actions for future. This
reflective will be written with the use of reflective model as it is very crucial for better
understanding and clarity of objective.
MAIN BODY
Personalised learning
In order to reflect my learning, I used Gibbs reflective model as it helps me to learn
from own experiences. Gibbs reflective cycle is defined as the model which consists of six
important stages that allows an individual to expressed experiences in better way (Tsai,
Perrotta and Gašević, 2020). The six stages of Gibbs reflective cycle are including
description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and an action plan. Personalised
learning is discussed through the use of Gibbs reflective cycle:
Description: During the module, there were many topics discussed which I found to
be very important for me as it helps not only for my present but also for my future. The
teacher made a group of 5 members in which we have to work together and try to improve
relationships. There were many topics which I learned in the module such as reflection,
emotional intelligence, social intelligence, important skills including communication,
problem solving critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, academic writing, concept of
plagiarism, training courses in campaigns, etc. These are all the important concepts which I
learned during the module.
Feelings: During the lectures, I felt very happy as got an opportunity to learn some
important concept which are not only useful for my theoretical knowledge but also helps in
my practical life. After attending the all sessions, I felt very confident as I improved many e
skills which include analysing skills, cooperation, etc. My teacher used different methods
which include observing and role playing that provides me a sense of better utilisation of
information. I also felt that it is very important to work in a group and improve relationships

skills which include analysing skills, cooperation, etc. My teacher used different methods
which include observing and role playing that provides me a sense of better utilisation of
information. I also felt that it is very important to work in a group and improve relationships

because it helps me to deepen team bonding. The quizzes and plans that organised by my
teacher was very helpful for me to understand the concept of emotional intelligence and
social intelligence as it help me now to reflect my experience with the use of empathetic
skills (Lim and et.al., 2021). I felt that skills are very important not only for academic studies
but also for professional life. So that's why I felt that this experience will be very helpful for
my future career as I got to learn many skills which include communication skills, critical
thinking skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, etc. In addition to this, I felt that
for any student it is important to learn the effectiveness in academic writing because it really
helpful for me to score high marks. During the lectures, my teacher taught me about the
concept of essay and academic writing which I felt that it requires an extensive research work
and gathering of information. I also felt that an individual who is walking on academic and
writing skills should know the concept of plagiarism.
Evaluation: If I am talking about the overall experience then I can say that it was
very good as there are many situations come during the lecture where my teacher pushed me
for taking participation in different activities. During that time, I felt that I am not able to do
activity but after motivation of my teacher I really found that it was a very good experience.
There are many situations come which provided me positive and negative aspects but I
identified that an individual should work on the activities which helps to contributed
positively in the group's work ethic (Tsatiris and Karpouzis, 2021). There are many positive
aspects which I wanted to mention in this reflection so that it helps to motivate individual
who will read my reflection. After learning the concept of plagiarism I found that it really
helpful for me to enhance the engagement towards learning process. I was improved my
communication skills which it was very helpful to feel free in order to discuss the problems.
There was a time where I was not able to communicate my problem with my teacher but after
attending this module, I found that now I feel free to discuss problems. In addition to this, I
also learnt about presentation is skills which required hard work and effort and I did it very
well. I am not saying that all the situations were in my favour because I am the one who is
lacking in the motivational skills. So that's why I found that it is the negative point for me as
it stops me to learn more. There are many difficulties which I faced during the training
courses and campaigns as it requires the practical efforts in which I felt that it is not an easy
process (Li, K and Wong, 2021). I found a problem in development of leadership skills as it
requires the engagement with more and more people. In addition to this I also so have a
negative point in my time management skills and that's why it reduces my learning process.

Analysis: After analysing the positive and negative aspect in my experience, I
analysed that it is very important for individual to understand all the concepts when teacher
thought any topic. The reason behind which I analysed and I believed on that is a teacher
gave all efforts for the students and I found that is the best opportunity where I am able to
learn new skills and knowledge. I am not saying that all the situations were very good but I
believe that it is negative aspects also helped me to motivate towards better learning as it
pushed me. I also analysed that an individual should focus on time management because then
only they are able to nurture their skills which is not helpful in their present as well as for the
future career aspects. This is because of my time management skills was not very good and
that's why I found to be difficult in learning (Melzer, Melzer and Reibold, 2019). I also
analysed that there are many situations will come in the life where different characters of
individuals are interacted with each other. This I found from my diversified classroom as
students are belonging from many different backgrounds.
Conclusion: From my experience, I concluded that an individual should always be
open minded when they are getting any lectures as it helps an individual to learn more and
more knowledge. There are many situations come in the lectures where I found that there are
some skills which I need to develop. So that's why I found that it's important to formulate an
action plan which helps in improving the skills and knowledge.
Action plan: Action plan is very important for individual as it helps in improving
skills and knowledge (FitzGerald and et.al., 2018). The action plan of me is mentioned

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that personalised learning is playing an important role in the path
of analysing own experiences. It is about the learning which learned by an individual. This is
the reason that an individual needs to be honest when they are writing a reflection of
personalised learning. This reflection used a reflective model i.e. Gibbs reflective cycle. It is
identified that this model is very important for the purpose of reflection as it assists an
