Personalised learning is new approach of studying that is customized according to
learner's skills, interest, strengths, etc. From this plan I learnt how effectively one can develop
learning plan improve his achievement. With help of this I came to know my weakness area
which is lack of concentration in listening tutor.
Topic : How to write an essay/report/project
Writing an essay requires knowledge regarding that particular topic and able to convert
your thoughts into words. Through this I understood that I have strength of good writing skills
as I am able to convert my imaginary thoughts into words without any grammatical mistake.
Topic : Reflective thinking
Reflective thinking means that you have knowledge of consequences and the grounds
that support that knowledge. With respect to this I got my this lacking area also that I do not
have grounds to my knowledge which I need to improve to have good basis of psychological
feature.
Topic : SWOT ANALYSES
SWOT analysis helps an individual to evaluate its strengths, weakness, opportunity and
threats. With this learning style I identified that I have strength of good communication skill &
building relationship and weakness of lack of patience & lack observing power.
Topic : PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Personal development plan refers to structural framework that consist activities related
to goals, objectives that helped me to evaluate my strengths, career positioning, identification of
opportunities and risk available to me and developing creative CV etc. It assists me to evolve
good program that is useful for my personal development.

Analysis of interview skill is very essential in today's competitive world (Tsingos-Lucas
and et.al., 2017.). I evaluated that I need to improve my skills like presentation of my thoughts
into logical way and intelligence of emotions are two majors areas on which I require work. I
must develop plan to enhance interview skills to overcome my this lacking area.
Topic : ORAL PRESENTATION SKILLS
Sharing your thoughts into appropriate sentence with proper phases is called oral
presentation (Gibson and et.al., 2017). I have better communication skill and able transfer my
views into appropriate vocabulary that is my biggest strength. In oral presentation I analysed
that have proper gesture and posture which is required while communicating any message.
Topic : WRITING SKILLS
I have good writing which is my biggest strength. I am able to write on any topic

without any hesitation that has also helped to score goods marks in my examination.
Topic : REFERENCING SKILLS/AVOIDING PLAGARISM.
Another strength that I have is referencing skills. I am very fond of reading that helps to
find appropriate reference of each topic. Reading assist me to understand each subject matter
deeply so that I can find out proper conclusion from it and mention it as reference.
