The first week is all about the personalised learning which helped me in making
identification of strengths and weakness which I am having so that I can become an
effective learner. This learning was all about to make the identification that in which

was all about to make the personal development plan in which I have to write about the
weakness which I am having and in that I have to also mention that how much time I
will take to make that weakness into my strength. This will be helpful to me in making a
target that how much time I will take in the completion and development of learning
which will be useful to me in achieving success. The other which also I have to add is
the resources which I will have to utilise in order to fulfil the criteria.

The second week is about the importance of reflection which is important to students in
identifying the factors in which they lacks. The skill of making reflection on myself will
be helpful to me because with that I will be able to identify my weakness and with this I
can make improvement(Sharef and et. al., 2020). I further learnt that it is also
important to make the self assessment on oneself so that the individuals can make the
understanding about the things which they have to develop and what changes have to
be made on oneself. I learned about that why it is important to make reflection and
after making the realisation I developed that there are some of the skills which I have
to make and on that basis only I have developed those skills also. I also realised the
strengths of mine which I can use it in many ways in the area of new opportunities.

In the third week, the discussion was made about the personal SWOT analysis which
is useful in making the identification about the strengths, weakness, opportunities and
threats. The analysis of SWOT is the most important thing which helps in the personal
evaluation of a person(Soler, 2017). I was also made learned about the SWOT
analysis in which I have to identify my strong points in which I can achieve success
and how this can be useful to me in my studies. The other part is the weakness which I
have to learn including the identification of weakness. This has helped in making me
learn about the skills which I have to develop so that in future I do not have to struggle
in making the choices. The other is opportunity which I will have to analyse that how
and what are the different opportunities which will be available to me including the
threats.

important for me to learn the writing skills because I know that with this only I would be

session I learned that why plagiarism is not considered to be good and how it ruins the
development of a student. This has helped me in realising that the students who
required the most in academic writing is that it must be in a structured form so that the

the level of my creativity and it will provide me different ideas about how the
presentation can be made in a perfect way. The session also told that if I would be
able to develop my presentation skill then with this I would be able to gain more
information about that particular topic and this is because of the fact that it will help me
terms of learning and gaining anything. On the other hand, I also identified that why it is
important to not do such things so that I can make development in my learning. I

the session I learned different types of skills which are important to me and which will
be helpful to me. The skills which were taught to me were those which I already have
only some changes and learning is required in it and some of the skills are those which
I have to develop. The importance of developing the interview skills is that I will feel
confidence in it and I would not be hesitating in any of the questions which will be
asked to me.

in some of the organisation(Soler, 2017). This will be useful to me because I will not
have to find any difficulties in my new job because I will be having inherited in me the
skills which will be useful to me during my employment time.
