Before looking for any leadership implementation, it is important to lay down my own
personality. I am a calm, less presentable and shy person who does not take any initiative to
talk about the things to people. I have a very few friends. Lack of interaction and
communication is the main issue faced by me while depending on any theory of leadership.
During my career development, it is seen that I have actually felt that there are many more
points to think upon and recover them through reshaping my leadership skills (Bagheri,

perception. It is important for me to discover the main fundamentals in order to attain
leadership skills (Renz, & Herman, 2016). The main traits and principles of a leader can be
honesty, competent, forward looking and intelligent. Warren buffet is one of the famous
financial adviser who has competent enough regular communication, and compassion for the
self-nature (Renz, & Herman, 2016). I always wanted to become a person resemble as
“Warren buffet”. People call him as an well known investor and also the Wizard of Omaha.
On the constant basis, it is seen that he is among the wealthiest people. Creating trust among
the people is not game of ludo. In order to achieve the trust of the people, there is a need to
inculcate who respects, compassion with the self-nature, and are concerned regarding the
consistent thinking with regular thinking (Amanchukwu, Stanley, & Ololube, 2015). Other
than technical skills, it is seen that inspirational qualities, intangible abilities instancing

Personal development plan is a tool, which can find and identify certain areas for future
development and leading to the lifelong learning (Amanchukwu, Stanley, & Ololube, 2015).
It is seen that development plan must include certain processes inclusive of planning, self-
evaluation, helping the employees, developing the capabilities, monitoring, and fulfilling the
job responsibilities (Amanchukwu, Stanley, & Ololube, 2015).
For the next two years, personality development plan will be followed inclusive of MBA and
the traits will be followed under the influence of Whiteman GROW model. Firstly, I will
clear out my visions and goals to look into future in a certain period of two years. In the
second phase, I will have to identify, develop, and foresee the skillset and strength. I would
like to conduct my SWOT analysis regularly after each month to assess the personality. I
should end up focusing on MBA with a dynamic personality, which lays down setting of the
leadership skills (Renz, & Herman, 2016). The main traits and principles of a leader can be

Main theories of leadership while developing the leadership development strategy
Some of the inadequate features in my personality leads and drives me to see over different

behaviour. This behaviour can allow the subordinates to know what actually is expected from
them, mentioning of criteria basis for the outcomes, development of timetable, proper
