Introduction:
The personal development plan will allow me to enhance my personal knowledge and skills that
will help to improve my personal quality as well as professional efficiency. In order to increase
my competence level the Personal development plan is a systematic approach consisting various
synchronised and interconnected procedures (Mittendorff et al. 2008). The critical analysis of my
current personal competence level has been presented in this paper in order to find the further
way of improvement. Apart from that after critical analysis of the existing personal development
plan, updated action plan have been made along with some execution procedures. The core
function of this report is to develop and present the updated personal development plan that will
be effective and attainable for me.
SWOTanalysis:
The self-assessment procedure with the help of SWOT analysis will enable me to Find out the
properties of my personality along with the skills, knowledge and boundaries through examining
my strength, weakness, threat and opportunities (Beausaert et al. 2013).
Strength:
I have moderate to high communicational efficiency
I have academic and professional knowledge in healthcare service
I have verity of experiences regarding group work and team management
Weakness:
I become very anxious during any emergency condition
In unfamiliar situation, I use to loss my communicational efficiency

Opportunities:
My work experience and educational environment allows me to learn new things easily
Being a healthcare service provider, I have to communicate different people from different
backgrounds on regular basis

I use to become excessively emotionally involved with the patient while treating them that it

From the above swot analysis, it is clear that both strength and weakness worked together to
build the opportunities and threats along with the potential way of improvement (Beausaert,
Segers and Gijselaers 2011). At the same time, some of them especially for being anxious the
weakness of my personality hinders my professional potential way of improvement as well.
Goals:
Various goals have been made after the analysis of my strength, weakness, opportunities and
threats. These goals are separated into three parts namely short term, medium term and long term
goals.

The significant burden of my current identity improvement design is, these methods are a
moderate and tedious strategy. In the meantime it cannot be guaranteed that the greater part of
this arranged will be effectively enhance my capability level. The self-improvement design is
demonstrating absence of substantial quality also (McCormack, Manley and Titchen 2013).
There are no plans in my current self-awareness intend to enhance my certainty level. In any
case, some of them have attempted to some degree so as to build up my identity that can likewise
impact my expert proficiency.
The online course of enhancing my leadership ability, has make me worried about the amount I
have to enhance my communicational level and how the powerful correspondence can impact
other expert angle. Consistent keeping reflecting journal can make me refreshed about my
current accomplishment and disappointment because of existing quality and shortcoming of my
identity. Learning communication skill would make me associate intending to be set up for the
community-oriented action. The significant restriction of my present advancement design is
absence of powerful exercises. There are just three exercises in my present self-awareness get
ready for every area of change.
Keeping in mind the end goal to make my current arrangement more powerful and productive a
