The main objective of conducting this project is to find out various impacts of personality types
of agents on his particular job performances. A well organise research of 78 insurance agents was
conducted from various life insurance companies in Malaysia. In this research, researchers have
determined that various factors which is affecting employee’s performance and their implication on
their individual routines. Between all those factors, personality of an agents plays an examine role that
guide that executives to acknowledge in their alternative changes processes that are helpful in
upcoming decision making of an organisation.

other purpose of this study is to find out impacts of personality types of an employees on its own job

job productivity. This research guide that the treatment of expenses for an employee with depression
can offset by reductions in absenteeism and disability and make losses to their job efficiency. There is a
direct correlation among low performance and poor communication among management and
supervisors as well as agents.

H2: It consists of positive connection between agreeableness and job performance.
H3: It has been seen a positive relation in between conscientiousness and productivity.
H4: There is both negative and positive connection in between neuroticism and agent job
performance.
6. Methodology
Types of research method
It is considered as systematic and theoretical evaluation of the method which are used in the
field of study. The main aim behind the use of such methodologies is identification of views of
respondents regarding collection of important information which shows the effective results. Therefore,

primary and secondary. The Insurance company of Malaysia wants to conduct research to ascertain the
views of insurance agents regarding the relationship between personality and job performance (Van
Manen, 2016).
Data collection method
Primary: It is effective and most appropriate method of data collection. This method provides
true and reliable information which helps in determination of important conclusions. This type of
information is also called as first-hand information because consists the own views of respondents.
Large number of primary methods are available like survey, questionnaire etc. This method of data
collection has large number of advantages to researcher. Hence, it is selected as descriptors to represent
in every domain. It is possible from existing big five factors of personality and job performance. This
study uses various techniques as an effective tool to conduct a quantitative study.
7. Results
This research provides certain effects of various types of personality of an agents in order to
analyse their review about their job performances. There are below mention about the reviews those are

mean value with total of 4% risk associated with them. It has been seen that those people those having
higher level of stress tends to be very low on emotional stability and minimum conscientiousness.

From the above research it has been seen that there are various factors those are
affecting the personality and job performance of various insurance agents. In order to get
more effective outcomes, they need to make use of proper methods and types those are
helpful in delivering positive results to the researchers. In order to analyse positive outcomes
of using big five personality traits are evaluated in more effective manner. Various problems
those are associated with personality as well as job performance of an insurances agents are
examine by using data analysis. On the basis of mention data, a well organise analysis is done
to determine the implications of big five traits. The overall evaluation is done with the motive
to reach out at valuable solution about behaviour of an individual as well as their job
