Introduction
This paper will reflect the personal reflection about personal understanding and an
effective understanding of personal skills and issues one has in knowledge about the
personality. The psychology of self is the understanding of the cognitive, conative, or
emotional demonstration of one’s identity, or matter of understanding and experience
(Akmajian & Harnish, 2017).
Self-identification for a person is relevant to many factors such as self-awareness,
self-esteem, self-knowledge, and self-perception these parts allows a person to change,
develop, and modify the aspects of personal and relationship status to fulfill the aim of
special identification in the community and society.
I understand the importance of personality reflection, affects, and the importance of
personality understanding in one's life. I understand the pros and cons of my personality and I
believe that major factors’ affecting the personal development and relationships includes:
The practices in our biological-metabolic developments
The socio-cultural practices of local art, music, and literature instructed into us
Good or bad our role models
Relationships
The self-concept is a term used to refer to the behavior of how someone thinks about, values,
or observes him or herself. To be conscious of oneself is to have a concept of oneself.
Relationship with self believes and represents that self-concept has three main elements
(Allen, 2016).
The view you have of yourself (self-image)
How much value you place on yourself (self-esteem or self-worth)

What you wish you were really like (ideal-self)
I found that I have a self-image in my views that represents the thinking and observation I
have in the society, environment and any other aspect related to the living (Bresnahan, 2007).
I learned in deep about them myself concerning relationships, as I found the following
elements represent the examples of self-image evaluation as:
1. Effective physical description
2. Social representation
3. Personal traits
4. Existential statements
My understanding about the relationships and developments, result that I have a nature that
welcomed the new changes in the surrounding and environment but the threat of failure with
the implementations of any new thing without assurance of success makes the things most
challenging for me (Castronovo & Huang, 2012). I believe that the self and relationship
requires self-assurance in our abilities, Self-acceptance, Not upsetting about what others think
and Hopefulness. However, the evaluation of my personal beliefs and learning represents that
I want to be looked unique in the crowd but I have nature that is pessimistic and restricts me
to take the challenging and changing implementation in life. There are many ways to examine
the self-understanding about the personality as it examination of self by using the Thematic
Apperception Test, a questionnaire that represents that evaluation (DeKay, 2012). I found the
four factors that I found affecting self-esteem are the reaction of others if you gave entire
importance to other comments then you cannot perform better. If you copy others for their
successful act than this represent the lack of self-confidence and ability, every person has
unique feature, talents and ignoring the real talent for the sake of fame and publicity affect
the development of a person. For example, if a child has an interest in the art and follows an
artist as a role model than this role model can only motivate him or her by skillful

representation, copying the art of the artist no more value for the society because society
requires new that represent uniqueness (Esterhazy, 2018).
Social rules are effective and profitable but I always face challenges to co-operate with these
because these affected negatively sometimes. As it a person with disability used to be seen as
incapable to become successful (Fraser, Bhaumik, & Wright, 2015). However, I understand if
a person identify inner characteristic than he can succeed in life (Moyers, 2014). I have
effective communication skills but only threats that cause issues to me are the threat to
failure. I am working to solve the issues but still, I have common issues, I do not want to
copy others but I need a path of others to avoid the number of mistakes in life (Salehi &
Gholtash, 2011).
Communication skills and effectiveness
Self-esteem and understanding before making any changes helps the learners to measure the
level of success one has attended. I have noted all the records of my self-evaluation about my
communication and conversation skills and how much these skills are effective for me to
create relationships. I always try to learn new things but the only thing that creates challenges
for me is related to the implementation of thinking and to deliver my thinking to the listeners
actively. I have to work upon the method I used to represent my planning to others as it had
some little issues of motivation. Lack of motivational communication I found in my
communication skills that still causing the challenges to me and I have learned some skills
(Kamp, Dunn, Paradies, & Blair, 2018).
These learning skills of communication helped me to work upon my body language, my
behavioral representation at the time of communication and many more that are essential for
a speaker to use at the time communication (DeKay, 2012). I used to avoid direct eye contact
with a person during communication that reflects my incapability or lack of motivation.

However, after the classes and its activities, I am working to change my behavioral
representation and used it to build strong eye contact because it helps to understand the
outcomes of our communication from another person (Esterhazy, 2018).
Awareness about the communication concept helps to communicate with confidence pre-
planning about the things I need to communicate helps to focus the important points (Hynes,
2012).
Personal thoughts affect communication, I use majorly written forms of communication, I
have a habit to speak of points hence I sued to write the message in shorter and in an
understanding way. This message formation saves me time and allows the reader to
understand the message in a shirt manner that also influences the reader positively.
Personality influences the communication, behaviors, and representation of a person in
society, an optimistic communicator easily can motivate others from his ideas, as he uses the
tone that creates the motivation in the listeners. I am working to create an optimistic
evaluation of in my personality that will affect my communication skills and representation in
society.
According to the findings from the class and learning from the Gottman theory friendship and
effective bonding required effective trust and communication that work to share the trust and
bond. A communication aims to win the trust of the listener provide effective benefits to the
path the listener and the speaker. Hence I have learned a lot from the learning class to work
upon my communication skills and these are helping me a lot to work upon my behavioral
representations, eye contact and motivational speaking to attract the listeners in the manner I
want (Hendariningrum & Prabowo, 2015).
Knowledge of living and working in a diverse society

Diversity statement-
Implementation of the anti-bias, impartial, diversified and oppression, cultural competence
environment is essential as it allows the equal participation of all and use of effective talents
from many options to earn the maximum profit form challenges (Fan, 2018).
Diversity is a reflection of different cultural thinking, beliefs in an organization that represent
the characteristics of believing in all equally without discrimination on the base on gender,
class, religion, and language. I think diversity is essential because it connects the relationship
with each other by attracting with the unique specific important representation. In my class
activities, I learned a lot about the importance and positive impact of diversity in an
organization, unity in diversity is something that represents the belief in the new and
something different. I learned the things that positively attract the people’s contribution;
every person has something new in mind, some new skills to solve the issues and many more
(Fraser, Bhaumik, & Wright, 2015).
People have diversity in many based they can be different from religion, community,
economic standards, by their cultural practice or by the language and these are essential to be
unique to create an environment of diversity. Economic stability and social values matter
very important but a diverse environment gives equality to all without any discrimination,
because discrimination can cause many challenges to the people to create relationships with
each other (Esterhazy, 2018). A diverse society can sometimes lead challenges as conflicts,
but a society or an organization working in diversity requires effective managing skills to
manage the interpersonal conflicts. Lack of diversity management can lead to the creation of
dominating groups, that will try to control the institutional operations and can discriminate
against others (Fraser, Bhaumik, & Wright, 2015).
Document Page
I have learned the diversity management skills that are related to create the effective
relationship with others because learning from the others can facilitate one to minimize the
challenges and this also provides profits that create an effective image. An implicit bias is an
insentient connotation, attitude, or belief toward any social group (Lampel & Giachetti,
2013). Due to implicit biases, individuals may often trait certain talents or features to all
members of a particular group, a sensation known as stereotyping about any particular group.
For example, a female has a stereotype in society that she cans no work at the night shift.
However, I am against such implicit bias situations, no person can be the judge on the base of
his structure; a female has enough capacity to deal with the challenges as a male. Besides, in
fact, I have observed female has great passion and patience that allows them to keep calm in a
challenging situation and they are very effective in leadership as well. Social justice is equal
for all, and in the sector of justice, all are equal (Chichirez & Purcărea, 2018). I found the
situation challenging were people use discrimination of any particular group on nay base and
I use to restrict the others doing this because diversity is about equal protection, equal rights
and equal opportunities for all (Esterhazy, 2018).
An organization with diversity has an effective working culture and this leads the positive
working energy in the peers. I believe sharing of ideas represents the effective coordination
and it affects the personal-reflection as well.
