1SWOT AND PESTLE ANALYSIS
SWOT, PESTLE and Professionalism are three of the models which are commonly
used in the process of the strategic development in the management and business sectors. All
of these three models play an important role in helping an individual to develop his own
personality. The use of these three models in the strategic development of personality will be
explained in the following paragraphs. This would help the individual to understand the ways
in which these models have been used in the field of the business and advertisement in the
country.
The purpose of this essay is evaluate the principles of SWOT, PESTLE and
Professional and how these models can be used for the personal development of the
individuals.
The term SWOT analysis is used to refer to the concepts of the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats to ensure that the particular objective are met by the individuals and
the businesses in the marketplace. Similarly the concept of the PESTLE analysis is used to
refer to the Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental is a tool
which is used by the business planners to analyse and monitor the macro environmental
factors, which can have an impact on the performance of a particular organization. The
PESTLE Analysis can be a very useful tool to use when entering a foreign market or starting
anew business (Phadermod,2015).
Both the SWOT and PESTLE analysis are considered to be very important and also
related to each other in the business model. The third model in this case is considered to be
the professionalism. The Professionalism model is important because it teaches the
individuals to understand the various concepts which allows the people to become experts in
their field of business. Each of these models are very important for the personal development
of an individual.

For the purpose of personal development, it is important to use the SWOT and
PESTLE analysis. SWOT analysis helps an individual by enhancing the strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It converts weaknesses into strengths and threats in to
the opportunities. Thus, it can be said that the individual would be able to use these principles
to find out the qualities in them (Shabanova et. al, 2015). Similarly, the PESTLE analysis can
be used to identify the political, economic, technological, social, logical and environmental
advantages and the disadvantages available to him. Thus, he can make use of these
dimensions to understand the various ways in which he would be able to build up his
personality (Phadermod et.al, 2019).
Thus, from the above discussions, it can be said that the personality development can
be learned by the individuals through the policies of SWOT, PESTLE and professionalism.
This would ensure that the individual would be able to know about the various dimensions of
the business and the advertisement, which would help him to become successful in the field
of the business. It is because of this reason that it is said that the SWOT, PESTLE analyses
can help the individual to know about the personality development.
