INTRODUCTION
Personality type is define as a classification of diverse type of individual on the basis of
their psychological level. It is to generally different from personality traits of a person. On the
basis of theories personality of an individual is diversified into major two types such as introvert
as well as extrovert (Adams and Umbach, 2012). Along with this there are also various type of
personality type such as ISTJ personality who are generally formal, serious and be proper.
Another type of personality is ESFJ these peoples are consider social butterflies who are always
happy and interact with everyone. Topic included in report are personality traits of friend and
how it impact on their personality development. Moreover it also explain about different type of
approaches and their strength and criticism.

(a) Essay about good friend with their four personality traits
Friends are as important as family in individual's life. They are the family that we choose
for making our life easier as they stand by us during the difficult times. For an individual it is
required to appropriately understand all the strengths, weaknesses, skills, capabilities and
knowledge criteria of their Friend. There are various good personality traits which I like in my
friend, from which some major are mentioned below:-
Enthusiastic: It is define as trait of a energetic person which inspires others to be happy
and active. My friend is so enthusiastic like she is always ready to learn new things and
conduct new things.
Good listener: It is define as a threat of a person who has good capacity to listen others
so that they effectively interact with them (Riaz, Riaz and Batool, 2012). In respect of my
friend she is one of good listener in class because other student came to her and share
their problems and issues.
Confident: It is necessary for a person to have this treat because through it they able to
develop proper professional career. In the situation of my friend she is confident which
help her to represent her view point in front of others.
Networked: My friend is networked person, she has knowledge as well as understanding
of which person is right for her and which is not. She is also very talkative person which
help her in networking with others.

development easy such as self knowledge, development of spiritual, establishment of self
esteem, talent development, analysing potential and many more.
Development in personality help in enhancing skills, ability and wealth of a person.
Along with this it will also help them in conducting their work in effective manner. In addition to
this personality development issues refers to those challenges or problems which are faced by a
person which developing their personality through certain method. These issues or problems
consider as hurdle in the life of a person because it block the ways for development. Moreover,
personality development issues impact or influence a person personality traits as well as it will
also minimise their growth at a workplace. Some major of the personality development issues
which are face by friends as well as that will impact on her personality traits are given below:-

think herself more superior then others. Due to this issues they may face several issues
like no one like her, person not understand others and so on. In respect of my friend she is
confident but it is necessary for her to avoid this issues of being overconfident and thing
herself more smarter then others. If she didn't avoid this she may loss their friends,
growth opportunities and many others essential things.
Always work and no play: It is define as a situation of a person when he /she give more
importance to their work which is good but it is essential for an individual to consider
their social and other life too (Oshri, Rogosch and Cicchetti, 2013). My friend is
enthusiast due to which she conduct each and every work with full dedication which
develop the chance of this personality development issues. This challenges may also
impact on her social life.
