Introduction:
Personalized learning refers an educational support learning support which ensures that the
learning experience of the individual is customized. This module is prepared by involving
strengths, weaknesses, skills and interest of the individuals (Lim and et. al., 2021). It covers
the learning of 10 weeks and how this 10-week learning has imparted knowledge and skills.
Week 1

plan to develop these skills.
In Week 1, I learned about the offerings of this module and the topics that will be covered
in the upcoming week. I learnt the ways in which success can be achieved by reading this
module and the things that I will go through in this modules. During this module I learnt
the ways in which I can handle opportunities and challenges that I am currently facing in
the module. Learning different skills is essential as it will help me in becoming confident,
as this will help in my overall development. Learning different skills will be helpful as it
will ensure a level of productivity and efficiency in the work that I am doing (Tsai and et.
al., 2020).
Week 2

plan to develop these skills.
In Week 2, I am learning how reflection is important for me. Through learning about reflection I
can identify and aware about the area where I am strong, where I am weak, and need for
improvement. It helps me to find out things what works and what doesn't for me. Reflecting helps
me to develop my skills and mind-set so that I can build myself in the right direction which will
give me good and secure future (Li and Wong, 2021). I know reflection is an essential part of

learning it means questioning about myself what I have done, which skills I am great at and what
can I do to improve myself. It helped me to understand myself in a better way so that I can further
determine my passion and abilities. Also, I have to learn various skills and need to practising on
skills to improve my performances. It helped me to know about my weaknesses and mistakes
which I have to change or redeem without any delay. Further I learned to change and develop my
way of thinking to do things and work in better and more efficient manner. So self-reflecting

In this week I learned about how analysis of personal SWOT is important for overall
development of a person. SWOT analysis helped me to determine about my strengths which I
am good at, weakness which I need to improve, my future opportunities and threats from which
I need to be careful. It is very helpful to me to make my future decisions to keep in my mind
about my strengths and weakness. From it I learned and know about my strengths such as I am
quick learner, creative and dedicated also my weaknesses such as forgiving nature which is
useful for me to achieve success. For me it is very important to know about my opportunities
which I work for and threats which create problems and downgrade the performance of mine.
After knowing about these factors now I will work to improve myself where I am weak and
careful about my future threats or competitions (Ronksley-Pavia, 2020). Similarly, by learning
about SWOT analysis I will able to determine my opportunity and career line which I can
pursue and use these factors in overall development of mine. SWOT analysis helps me to know
better about myself such as what I want to become for it what skills I need to learn and what
difficulties I have to face during my career. After learning about SWOT I have gained a good
experience of identifying my strengths and opportunities and I am working on to improve my
faults and try to become best version of myself.

Week 4

plan to develop these skills.
In week 4, I developed academic writing skills and the ways in which I can write the best piece of content
that will follow the academic integrity. Academic integrity is one of the major concept that I learnt this
week and further the ways in which I can ignore any type of academic misconduct in the writing. I learnt
the different types of academic misconducts that needs to be ignored while writing academic misconduct
(FitzGerald, 2020). Analytically this is one of the most essential skill as I will need this skill while
completing my projects, with the help of this skill I will be able to ignore any type of plagiarism in the
work that I am representing in my university. Developing this skill will ensure that I master in other
writing and business skills as well, during the academic writing the content will be fresh and I will be able
to display my learning in the module. I developed the ways in which an effective piece of writing can be
delivered in the university with proper citation and referencing where ever needed.
Week 5

In Week 5, I learnt the general writing skills that can be implemented by me in my work which will
improve the overall quality of writing which I submit in university. During Week 4, I developed the
academic writing skills due to which I implemented academic integrity in the code of writing. Further to
make sure that my sentence formation and grammar is good, I learnt the ways in which I can deliver the
best quality of content. Writing skills also include the clarity of information that I am deriving from the
content that I delivering. The writing skills also include writing of information in a precise manner so that
the exact and right piece of information is being communicated to the other end. This also helped me in
sharpening my creativity skills which I can implement in my writing areas. It is essential for me to apply
creative skills in the writing so that the information can be presented in a creative manner.

This week was majorly focused on the academic misconducts that are there in academic writing and
the types of plagiarism that are generally conducted by the students while delivering the writing in
university. I further understood the ways in which these plagiarism and academic misconduct can

be ignored in order to deliver good and original content in the university. There shouldn’t be any
similarity between the academic writing and any internet source so that the student holds all the
rights of the content that they are delivering. During this week, the positive impact was that I
learnt about the several types of academic misconduct and how these misconduct can be
minimized in the university (Kucirkova and et. al., 2021). The steps that I am going to take
based on the above learning is I will try to minimize the plagiarism in my activity which
will improve the quality and reliability of the content that I am writing.
Week 7

In this week, I learnt the recording of business transactions in a journal and the different styles of
book keeping. I learnt the different types of business transactions and what are the effects of these
transactions on the book keeping system. Further I learnt the effect that every transaction has on the
books, every transaction has a debit and credit impact on the books. During this week I also learnt
the entry that is made while different types of transactions occur in the business code of conduct. I
will further use these skills while maintaining financial records and books of the company so that a
right effect can be made on the transactions. This financial knowledge and skill would further help
me in my academic and professional life. During this module I was able to learn the financial
concepts which are applied in the business and how these concepts are essential in order to
maintain the financial books of the company.

In this week, I developed presentation skills which can be further used by me while
presenting information to the other end through audio and video aids. Presentation skills
are essential as these skills are used by the financial team to represent the budgets, accounts
and other financial information to the essential users of the company. Whereas the
marketing team also requires the presentation skills to present the marketing tactics and
strategies to the important users of the company (Simonsen, 2020). Presentation is one of

In this week, I learnt the interview skills which are required in candidates while giving
personal interview for colleges and jobs. Interview skills are required in every candidate as
they are the most essential part of the candidate’s life. I developed the ways in which I can
master the interview skills so that the interviewers get a good perception of my personality
(Zhang and et. al., 2020). Secondly, to enhance interview skills I must practice in front of
dummy or ask my friend or known to act like interviewer and ask me questions related to
different job vacancies and about my qualification and I will also ask them to rate me on
my skills and ability to perform in interview so that I will get to know where I have to
improve.

Employability skills are essential as they are used by the candidates in order to secure a good job,
these skills help me in determining the ways in which the candidate can maximize their options in

ways in which I can develop the essential skills so that the employers find my resume, personality
and skills attractive. I learnt the areas that are required development and how this development can
be implemented in order to receive maximum benefits in the professional life.
