INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning is an idea and a educational approach which is aimed at
customising the learning patterns and styles which a student and a professional take over in order
to keep on developing better skills and grow personally and professionally. The personalised
learning plans are made by looking over existing strengths and experiences of individual for
serving with value adding capabilities and actions to make changes which are most suited for the
learner. The present report will be covering a reflective account in which certain characteristics
and abilities are reflected through tests. In regards to the tests results and outcomes ultimately a
professional development plan is constructed for supporting further growth and development.
REFLECTIVE PROFILE
Reflective Journal
My Learning Style test showcases that I am a logical learner which states that I like using
more of a logic and mathematical reasoning. According to this learning style I am good at
understanding connections and recognizing patters. Also, I am a social learners as well which
states that I am a good communicator holding strong social sense and people listen to me as
well as ask for my advices.
My Belbin team role it is found out that I play the role of a driver, which means I am an
energetic and ambitious person. I am impatient and impulsive but a strong motivator who
encourages people to keep going and perform their best while facing any challenge or
completing different tasks. As a driver I may take certain emotional and uncertain decision but
I do take up crucial steps and for keeping people engaged and push them beyond their
expectations to perform in a certain way and succeed.
My Conflict Style identified through the test scores of 12 is style 5 which states that I am an
honest and open individual. According to the evaluation of the circumstance I tend to value my
relationship and the respective conflicting situation in case to find out the best suitable and
possible solutions to bring out satisfactory results and understandings.
My leadership style test score is 28 which reflects that I am a leader practising and performing
my job role in delegating manner. My leadership style is Delegating or Laissez Faire with
which it is clear that is trust my team members and delegate their work according to their
potentials. This approach of leadership is idea for me to adopt when I know that my workforce

is skilled enough to conduct the activities assigned.
My DISC management style is dominance which means that I am a person who first properly
describes the problem with which I will be dealing. Once the problem is identified and
elaborated I will be making assertions for myself in order to control that whole problem and
manage the situation appropriately.
My Myers Biggs Style is of a defender which reflects upon the strategy which I adopt for
dealing with different situation is based on individualism and taken up confidently with no
scare.
My Enneagram test results showcases my style to be Type 3 with which it is identified that I
am an achiever and take up tasks with the motive of completing them with utmost efficiency in
order to make sure to attain the ultimate attached targets. I take up focused approaches and stay
concentrated to the ultimate results and work as a achiever to gain the best results possible
outcomes.
My EQ score acquired through the test is 103 which is 58 percentile which clearly shows that I
am reasonably good at understanding others emotions and my own. Also, according to the
score it is clear that I am good in dealing with emotional situations and managing myslef as
well as others in it.
