INTRODUCTION
Personnel resourcing refer as part of personnel and the development that mainly focuses
on recruitment and released the employees or individuals from the organizations. The report is
based on Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow. It is contemporary hotel near Heathrow
airport which offers an indoor pool with bar, rooms and American & Indian restaurants. The
Assignment will cover pestle analysis for identifying the external environment of Sheraton
Skyline Hotel that will demonstrate critical understanding of the business and management in
which work is done by personnel professionals. It will discuss the significance of effective
selection and recruitment process in the hotel industry for gaining the competitive advantage.
Furthermore, the study will analyze principal factors which affect the Equality, Diversity
and Culture of the organization. It will further describe and identify the main methods of
performance management which is utilized by the firm for ensuring that targets are achieved and
firm is able to gain competitive advantage. Lastly, the report will submit the outline plan that
offers recommendations for the issues which are raised in assignment.

19 implications, this will affect the business of Sheraton Skyline. The hotel is affected by
rules and regulations of the government (Eze and Omena, 2019). There is also affect of
Brexit on Sheraton Skyline. Also, being in hotel line business the Sheraton Skyline has to
pay heavy taxes. This eventually affects the organizational profitability.
Economical Factors – The exchange rates fluctuations can affect the business of
Sheraton Skyline. The unemployment rate in UK has also impact the hotel industry
business. As the clients and tourists have not enough money to afford a luxurious hotel
