INTRODUCTION
Personal Management is the process of planning, compensation, organising and
maintaining the individuals in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the company as well

the team members to improve the relationship among the team and improve the capabilities of
the project so that they can overcome the problems and achieve the targets.
