continue to fall in Stoke on Trent. The current rate of 5.7 means there were 23 fewer deaths. As
infant mortality is a good indicator of the population health status, this reduction indicates that
the health status has started to improve. The borough’s population is diverse, dense and highly
on mobile. Lambeth Living needs to respond on demographic changes as per collecting evident
which are support to development of mixed and sustainable communities. NHS is providing
various services to customers for more effective health concerns. But most of the time it can
increase resident expectations regarding quality, cost and choice of services. They can care to
people by providing best services to customers for living. In this company required more funding
for providing proper home free services to homeless people.
Through that environmental concerns are increased because in that required various space
for making house for people. But this is best social and health care services to make its
effectiveness for people. This will enable all future communication and engagement activity to
be undertaken using evidenced based and customer-focused social marketing (Schmutz and
et.al., 2018).. This in turn will ensure that all campaigns present value for money and are able to
withstand robust evaluation against key performance indicators. To support communications
across the CCG we have developed with all practices an intranet called Share Net using
SharePoint software. All localities and staff within practices as well as CCG staff can share
documents, calendars, use meeting workspaces and collaborate with colleagues via the safe and
confidential system.
Technological factor:
The digital solutions can link health and social care more efficiently because through that
borough provide proper guidance to patients through digital platform in proper manner.
Improved technology treatment and medicines which is more effective and suitable for
individuals with the life limiting conditions or suffering potentially fatal events are able to live
longer with higher quality of life. In that funding has been increase higher quality of live
(Potterand Urquhart, 2017). Lambeth's technology, 9 out of 10 resident have internet access a

health and better care.
RECOMMANDATIONS
1. The Lambeth borough is highly responsible authorities which is provided the Safer
Lambeth Partnership agree to re-commission Lambeth’s Drug as well as Alcohol
Treatment. This system is more Supportive system which is based on outlined case
that are required higher changes for reducing cost, improve productivity and respond
to local need.
2. It is recommendation for Lambeth does not fund in household project because it is
too costly and people are not affordable by people as well as not for good (Requena-
Méndez and et.al., 2016). But, it is helps to ensure which are related to
recommissioning process of develops mechanisms. That will continually assess
delivery of commissioning intentions rather than historical service delivery models
our providers.
3. It is recommended that Lambeth its children services with local education
department for more effective because through that they have able to improve their
living life. This is more effective and valuable for Lambeth to improve children by
providing well education skills to them (Sammut‐Bonnici and Galea, 2015). This
creates more professionalism for child by education system which is more effective
for Lambeth to funding in education system.

4. Here is recommended for making culture diverse. Lambeth’s population is made up
of 38% of people which are from ethnic minorities including 12 per cent Black
Caribbean. Over the 130 different languages are spoken here. With most widely
spoken languages after English like French, Somali and Spanish. In this funding is
more important and effective because through that people are completely able for
learn various languages as well as understand communicating skills of others.

has more important and effective for more growth of company. This ha creates various
opportunities for Lambeth people. The PEST analysis has played an important role in business
for more creating more effectiveness for social works. This report had been selected with
London borough of Lambeth which has social services' provider to people who have badly
needed for those services. The political factors consisting with factors which created more
effectiveness for work. But the technological factor had created more opportunity because
through those peoples had more linked with together. Through that they got easily services
which related to health of people. On another side, if social factor consist then people have
knowledge of different language and able to talk with and understand information of others. The
report had been included that the recommendation for Lambeth about the funding in projects
which created more effectiveness and advantages for business and social care services in proper
manner. The recommendation has in favour of Lambeth. Those have support to Lambeth and
peoples. Through those recommendation Lambeth able to find more effective way for funding n
proper manner and with that they have chances for growth of health and social care.
