SWOT analysis.
In micro environment in an organization can be considered as the
stakeholders, government policies, customers suppliers and competitors.
In macro environment factors considered do not come under retailers
authorization. Macro factors are large in scale and viewed as economic
point.
Here three different organizations are considered which operates to
serve people through their products or service. Unilever, BBC and
MSF organizations are taken in account to analyze the different factors.

It is a NEWS agency which provide service
throughout world mainly in UK.
Funding of the organization is done through
the tax of the UK people.
It is an independent public sector
organization which is not controlled by an
government authority.
It serves for the betterment of the society
and to discover the solutions for new problem
occurring in the society.

MSF
It is a voluntary organization which serves to
provide the service to the needy people.
It serves according to eliminate the problem
from the society.
Problems might be related to medical, water
and food. This organization use to cover all
the areas in which it can arrange the
requirements for the people.
It arranges various seminars and shows for
rising fund for organization through donation.

Pestle analysis
Pestle analysis is done on the basis of the
technology used in the organization, political
policies in the country, economic growth,
legal rules followed by the organization,
effects occurs on the environment due to
manufacturing and social reforms.
Pestle analysis is helpful in analyzing all the
