The foremost determination of this proposal is to identify the impact of using
smartphones on the pharmaceutical industry. This proposal will have four tasks, which will be

Smart Phones: It can be defined as the type of mobile computing device which are
increasingly used in numerous industries to enhance productivity and efficiency. Smartphones
are increasingly used both in our society as well as in commercial establishments.
Pharmaceutical Industry: It can be defined as the type of industry which discovers
produces, and develops numerous categories of medicines and drugs. Each of the internal and
external stakeholders are needed to be managed in an organized manner using technologies like
smartphones and other IT innovations such as Information Systems.
Part 2: Brainstorming
The mobility and productivity of the employees working in the pharmaceutical industry can be
tracked and managed using advanced smartphones. The moral of the workforce and customer
service can also be improved using the facilities provided by smartphones.
The use of smartphones are very much common in the manufacturing industry, IT
industry and pharmaceutical industry.
