INTRODUCTION
Onboarding refers to the term which is used in the human resources industry that is a
process for introducing any new hired employee within the organisation. It can also refer to the
organisational socialization which plays an important part to help employee that is effective to
understand their job role and requirements. It includes the process from job offer to the team
training. In pharmacy, human resources management also need to get ensure about the new
pharmacist onboarding which can allow to work effectively for the better outcomes. This can
help to make feel confident to the new employee and runs about few months (Novak et. al.,
(2019)).

Human resources management includes high importance in dealing with better and
effective response which includes onboarding that can include the importance of hiring and

effective response towards the idea that can help in the onboarding process and improve
performance in short time.
There are some of the onboarding idea which can be used to introduce newly hired employee in
the community pharmacy settings. These ideas may include shadowing, creating checklists,
providing real or virtual tour, asking about their preferences.
Shadowing- In this, there is need to get in touch of experience employee who can help in
getting interacting with other and help to provide the information which are necessary to have
during working the community pharmacy settings.

need to perform different task which need to ensure about it. In this, to ensure about all different
