Healthcare Issues
There are any issues faced by healthcare organisation, in order to overcome these
challenges, healthcare professionals. Abuelgasim, Et.al,(2020). The current quality crisis has
affected globally. Covid-19 has impacted many lives either poor or rich. Although, the rate of
people infected with this disease in short time period has affected people mentally and physical.
Due to this chronic disease, there are issues which are faced by health professionals. They are as
follows:
Availability of Assistance
As majority of patients increased during this pandemic, people faced a lot difficulty in order
to take facilities and treatment. Healthcare profession determine various strategies in order to
overcome this lack of hospitality.
I have visited a health centre during this pandemic, there were numerous of patients which
were waiting in room. The situation of hospital made me numb for a while as people were
struggling with their lives Torales,(2020). People were not able to get room to get admit, and in
some cases they were asked to quarantine at their home.
Workforce Shortage and Discontent:
Healthcare has always acknowledged in over-supply and in-supply of various health
professionals, but the current shortage of nurses and staff has been observed Torales,(2020). As this
sudden shift of culture affected most of lives there were few people who were there for infected
individuals.
As the situations of centre which I have visited was serious and I staff were indulged in
taking care and giving their best services to individuals who were already admitted. To overcome
this problems, health professionals should hire more professionals who can serve their potential in
hospital.
