Smoking is injurious to health. It has a negative impact on smoker so they should try to quit the
smoking (NHS, 2018). This presentation presents the effect of smoking. It also discusses the
benefits of smoking quitting.

Smoking increases blood pressure as well as leads to increased stress. A stressed heart is more
prone to becoming incompetent to circulate blood to body parts in an effective manner. Carbon
monoxide of the cigarette’s smoke creates inadequacy of oxygen. It enhances the possibilities of
illness in heart among smokers (Nicoderm, 2018).
Scarred Lungs
The key effect of smoking is swelling in minor routes and lungs of the smoker. Smoking can lead
