1.0 Introduction
PHL means Pashendale holdings limited are the Australian construction company
who planned some important work strategy for enhancement of their business project and
marketing strategy. Virna pashendale who is the CEO of this company he helps to complete
this strategic plan. This approaches is mainly upgrading the new customers and also enhance
their market value externally. CEO approved company’s website development project which
main concept is made new website about company details, developments and basic
information. This company has no internal Information technology department testing
department or other implementation sections. That is the reason PHL cannot include their
work scopes, projects and other execution on their internal official sites. For the design and
definition phase of this work the worker starts work with Passchendaele holdings limited to
collected criteria after gathered all information the web developer include this in the website.
This website designer complete all work as per web requirement. Contractor complete this
work at 11.59 pm on the last day of project (Anderson, 2016). The chief marketing Officer
Sennveasna Naveen and her teams ensures the complete this project as soon as possible.
Primary estimating cost of this project is designing 145 000 dollar, planning 30000dollar
Implementations and conversion estimation total 90000 dollar.
1.1 Purpose of the report
PHL CEO approved the website development project and the basic purpose of this
project is to make the new website where include basic information of PHL like new project
development, company news, Information of industry, Network platform. This website must
be helpful for the PHL client and this is closely connected to develop the solution. For the
improvement of customer interaction this web project plays the biggest role and the website
provides some options like customer feedbacks which is importantly unique for this business

purpose (Ashforth and Schinoff, 2016). This company has not any internal designing,
training, testing, IT, implementation facilities .They outsourced this facilities. That is the
main reason the web developer cannot include this basic information like designing, testing,
training to their internal webpage.
1.2 Scope of the report
The scope of this work for this web project are incorporated with this basic
information like implementations, testing, training and designing. This parts are not internal
part of this company so the web developer cannot include this information. The web
developer try to include all external data like this and properly implemented this new website.
Each and every project are consists the special tasks (Hirsch and Rajpal, 2014).This tasks
should be performed by the web contractor perfectly. In the first phase is the planning phase
the developer create and describes the upcoming project details of PHL, work structure,
training procedure and implementation structure clearly (Zhou et al., 2014). Mainly the
requirement of web developer are PHL present project plan, their approval and review. In the
second phrase the designing and definition section of this project. In this section, the
developer collected the all primary data regarding PHL.

Latest project of PHL Company is spreading in whole Australia like Sydney,
Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. There are some locations in Sydney in Ross road,

PHL negotiating with a value of purchaser and considering the offer made by the Tripping
Point Ltd. In a Findon parking Centre PHL negotiating with a range and considering the offer
by Oracle Property fund. This project of PHL which is located in Gumdale Brisbane they
purchase this eight years ago but for the internal issues they sell this but negotiating with
Willmar holdings for the purchase cost. Five years ago PHL company purchased winnow
waterpark but now this is not fitted the modern strategic plan of PHL so they try to sell it
(Danielson et al.,2016). The negotiation is continue currently between PHL and Phillips
Rinker limited. The most of the project are purchased by PHL before previous some year but
now they are negotiating for the selling price in other company.

3.0 Period
At first this project is release their statement on 2018, 5th September. After reviewing
this project the web developer selected this in 26th September, 2018. The implementations of
this project must be completed in December 5th, 2018. Employees of PHL completed this
training within one week. This project closed on Christmas evening and the reviews of this
project performed one week before 25th December 2018.
4.0 Requirements
The project that deals with the overall development of the website of the organization
of PHL deals with the fact of many special tools that will efficiently carryout the
development procedure. Moreover, the development of a website needs a number of
requirements that are to be adhered by the management of the PHL to effectively maintain
their website for the different purposes (Khosravi et al., 2014). For these instances, the proper
