INTRODUCTION
Physical Education (PE) is essential for physical, emotional and psychological
development of kids. The main purpose of this study is to enhance knowledge of teachers and
coaches about importance of PE. Report will prepare workshop session plans and will describe
necessary resources that are needed for organizing this workshop. Furthermore, it will explain
rational of organizing this workshop.

development of kids those who are less than 5 year. In this stage, children learn about various
games and develop their critical thinking approach. There are many schools and other places
where parents send their kids to learn about new things. In this age, people acquire knowledge
about communication, use of appropriate words, etc. Class teachers motivate them to take
participation in physical activities. They organize various games in class so that critical thinking
skill of an individual can be developed.
Physical education plays significant role in youngster’s life. This is the growing age for
kids and they improve their health and mental abilities. Physical education can help kids in
remaining fit and enjoying their life. Small kids like to play games such as jumping, skipping etc.
Objective of this Physical Education Workshop is to enhance understanding of teachers
and coaches about importance of such activities. This suggest them ways to encourage kids
towards doing physical activities. The agenda of this workshop is to identify ways through which
teachers can enhance understanding of kids for physical education.

Initially, all people will register themselves. They will complete registration process and
they will fill initial form.
In starting phase, the organizer will welcome all guests and audience who will attend this
workshop. Organizer will make administrative announcement for few minutes where agenda will
be described. In introduction, activity planner will be introduced through power point
presentation to enhance interest of all involved people who will pay more attention in these
activities.
