In the media report, it was described that pill testing is applied to those people who are
taking drugs in their regular life. It is very dangerous for younger people because they are more
attracted to drugs in their life. Negligence occurred by a professor who knows about the

Pill testing in real life can cause death or any other physical problem in their life (Day et al.
2018). The pill testing has shown as the support of taking drugs to the younger people, and it can

negligence of law can cause them damage in real life. Negligence occurs when the person
is aware of his action, and it can cause any damage to the other person. The damage can

The negligence caused by Steve Allsop professor of Curtin University’s National Drug
Research Institute; he told that high-quality pill testing in the music festival supported by
him. He is aware that pill testing can result in severe damage to those people who are
taking the pill, but he still supports the testing to see the outcomes.

way to save their lives. They said that if there were high quality testing, it would be a
better approach to analyze the measurement of the drugs. Pill testing in real life damage
the immune system of any person.

in more high quality; but either way it can harm the people and cause severe damages or

on the person who did that. The head of the drug research bodies and Gary Hulse is the
UWA professor of addiction medicine supported pill testing. They also said that pill
testing should be done with education about the risk of the after effects (van Amsterdam
et al. 2015). Pill testing can be done in real life with enough measurement and proper
education about this.
According to the criminal law when there is any criminal activity done by any person,
then he is liable for the punishment. In the media report the pill testing on the people to
see the result of the drugs they have taken in the home are working correctly or not.
3. In the above mentioned media report, it discussed pill testing which can cause any negligence
or they do it with the wrong intention to them. The above circumstantial laws have to know by
all organizations or any person so that they can take their actions against them. Omar Khorshid
president of Australian Medical Association WA said that pill testing marketing is done correctly
but the people getting it as the message for taking drugs is acceptable (Williams et al. 2015).
4. Media always have a major role in any news; the article which is printed in the news paper has
a direct effect on the people. The peoples could be more aware in their life from the news which
was printed in the newspaper. In daily life it is the main source for the people to know about the
surroundings incidents and the effects from those incidents. In this particular media report it
mentioned that the pill testing in the American music festival because of some serious health
issues to younger people. For the pill testing there was a message spreading to the youngsters
that it is okay to take the dangerous drugs in the nightclubs or home, the pill can make that easy
