In order to write short written response, it is essential to cover goals and objectives which
increases effectiveness. In this consideration, systematic development of the activities ascertain in
the business (Johnson, Leenders and McCue, 2017). For gaining insight information of the present
report, it covers career goals which completed in internship.

In order to work as store manager in Pizza Hut, it is important to focus on the several roles
and responsibility that accomplish on the time. Further, it also considered several aims which helps
to ascertain expectations in the business (Drew, McCallum and Roggenhofer, 2016). Following are
certain duties and responsibilities considered as a store manager in internship:
Expectations:
Real life experience and exposure: In respect to gain effective information, it is essential to
get more experience and exposure in the life. In this aspect, it is important to store manager
to make their concentration on the expressing themselves towards the business results. In
addition to this, positive and take back positive experience considered in the business to
attract several customers at workplace.
Opportunities to learn about the strength and weakness: Further, another expectation of
store manager of Pizza hut need to concentrate on the strength and weakness towards the
opportunities. In this aspect, aims and objectives assists to develop in systematic manner at
workplace. With the help of the different opportunities, business SWOT considered at
workplace which increasing its effectiveness to undertake more creative results. In order to
look towards the people, it is important to looking for the business competitors as well. With
the help of this expectation, the store manager able to deliver creativity and ascertain
systematic operations at workplace (Drew, McCallum and Roggenhofer, 2016).
Get connected with terms of professional and development of network: Along with this,
store manager has expectation to develop terms of professional and development with create
a systematic network in it. In this consideration, effectiveness develop to work in proper
manner. Therefore, systematic work performances develop at workplace. In this regard, peer

environment (Stair and Reynolds, 2017). Hence, it will beneficial to make overall growth of
a person in the Pizza Hut enterprise.
Goals
Seeking a Retail Manager position with competitive retail brand in next 5 years: In respect
to develop effective results, it is important to seeking with retail manager position.
Therefore, in the Pizza hut internship, store manager has goal to make himself as the retail
manager position. It helps to make competitive retail brand development activities in
systematic manner. It increases effectiveness and undertake new position in the business.
Further, it also increases value and standard of a particular person who work in the
enterprise (Johnson, Leenders and McCue, 2017).
To gain excellent customer service skills to stimulate cyclical business – The internship will
assist me developing effective customer skills which is responsible for stimulating cyclical
business. The customer service skills are very important in order to meet their needs and
demand and provide them best services. It will help me to achieve success in future career.
To have strong leadership skills and the ability to meet personal and company goals – The
internship in pizza hut will help me to develop effective leadership qualities and the abilities

grow my skills and knowledge value as a candidate for getting employed in any other
organisations. I will try to get employed by a company with a similar brand image and value
in the market for example McDonald's or Starbucks. I will grow my career in an
organisation and try to develop my skills and knowledge. My goal will be to work as an
important employee for the organisation and try to work for atleast 10 to 12 years in a
particular organisation so that I can identify the whole process and management system of
an organisation operating in the food industry. The marketing, management, store
management and other functions can be easily understood by working for so long in an
organisation. The final goal of my career will be to start my own store or business related to
the same services and products once I gain a strong knowledge of business operation by my
10 years job experience(Tellhed, Bäckström and Björklund,2018).
Conclusion
The above report presents various that with the help of the expectations such as getting
connected with terms of professional and development of network, Real life experience and
exposure and Opportunities to learn about the strength and weakness can help me to achieve various
