Introduction
The following reflective report is a brief study about the placement goals and key
employability skills that are required to be enhanced within the internal aspect of the individual
in order to remain more competitive and sustainable in the future operations of an organization.
The major objective of the report is to evaluate and understand the key placement goals and the
type of role regarding the same that is required to be perceived by the individual along with
understanding the key industrial sector and type of market the respective function can be applied
in order to make it more demonstrative and goal oriented . The other part of the report clearly
explains what can be the major personal and professional development activities that are required
to be adopted by the individual to make the planned initiative more successful in the market
under the area of achieving the organizational objectives and goals. On the other hand, the end
part of the report brings a clear reflection about how the respective decision making process and
skills have helped the individual under the area of remaining more adaptive and goal oriented in
the market of United Kingdom.

Section 1
According to me as I am currently pursuing my studies under Business Administration
and Law, I would like to look for a respective job role which is completely affiliated to the
respective sector in order to make myself more adaptive and potential under the area of
demonstrating my key skills and knowledge for the respective organization for which I will be
working in the future.
I have decided to opt to for the job role of Human Resource manager and financial
analyst where I believe this can be one of the best platforms where I can prove my capabilities
and professional skills perceived by me. Some of the placement goals that are associated with the
respective industry can be that, being a human resource manager I will be able to guide and help
the organizations under the area of achieving their objectives and goals along with the process of
understanding the evaluations the needs and wants that are associated with the individuals of the
respective organization in the market.
Financial analyst under all aspects is considered to be a respective individual who
performs the function of financial analysis for the internal and external clients related to the
respective organization under all terms (Bronstein 2015). Some of the major goals that are
associated with the respective job role in the market can be to minimize the risk factor based on
financial basis for the organization along with the system of maximizing the value of
shareholders associated with the respective company in the market on all terms. Many
organizations in the market make the best use of financial analyst under the area of achieving the

Type of job roles and why
My planned job role is to become a Human resource manager and financial analyst.
According to certain areas that are related to human resource management, it is considered to be
a challenging part where an individual decides to work with as it is completely a goal oriented
and competitive function both within the organization and in the external market operations. It is
also considered to be a comprehensive and strategic approach under the area of managing people
and culture associated with the respective workplace and environment. It requires key skills and
several attributes required to be implemented in order to remain competitive and sustainable in
the market.
On the other hand being a financial analyst, this can help me to gain adaptive knowledge
about certain risk factors that are related to the organization and the market along with gaining
effective idea and knowledge to survive form the consequences caused. These particular role
opted from my side will help me in the future to remain more potential during the time of
operating with an organization where I can become an effective part of organizational
achievement through the dedication hard work demonstrated from my part.

According to me the particular sector where I am planning to work with is the automobile
sector. The major reason behind this particular decision is that, in UK according to the current
trend of economy associated with the respective nation automobile industry has witnessed
adaptive and strong growth in the market. It has created higher and strong mode of job
opportunities along with the process of attracting major inmost investment making where this
has made them one of the global competitor in the market on all aspects. Automobile industry
sector associated with the market of United Kingdom has the most productive labor market in
European Union catering to adaptive export and domestic demand in the international market.
This will be helping me to achieve advanced growth both for my career and learning in the
upcoming times.
Which part of UK is best to work and Why
London can be the best place to work in UK, as it is the capital city which offers better
opportunity and employment growth where I will be able to develop my carrier apart from my
expectations. It also avails a strong platform for entrepreneurship which can be the best place for
entrepreneurs to enhance their business growth with more competitiveness and reliability in the
market (Bolander et al 2015). On the other hand, London is considered to be the cultural,
political and economic hub of respective country. The place also is the best center for
international business and most of the global firms have their head office in the nation.

Professional Development and Skills in Goal Achievement
Some of the major personal development measures adopted from my side to introduce
adaptive skill and knowledge in me is, after attending several interviews and interacting with
many interviewers I was able to understand the key major requisites that are required to be
implemented form my side while working with an organization in the future. Being a part of
several volunteering activities and psychometric test has been a better learning platform which
can support my career in the upcoming times. Under this respective part, it is considered to be a
fact that the functional prospective that are related to the method of personal development
basically plays a demonstrative role in the placement goal objectives that are associated with the
internal well-being of an individual. Being moving in to a professional part of my life I have
attended several interviews and have made communication with several employers in order to
understand the actual expectation related to the work culture of organizations in the current era.
An individual who gives more importance to other domains that is apart for their expertise
mostly remains more sustainable in the market though achieving quick promotions where they
also become liable for organizational incentives and rewards.
According to me as per my planned placement goals that are associated with the system
of human resource management and the role of financial analyst, the activities that are related to
the system of personal development not only is a supportive platform for my career
development. But this also is an adaptive platform for me to survive in an organization with
innovative growth and development (Lester 2015). Basically as per the current market

Personal development can guide a respective individual under the area of designing and
functioning as per their planned expectations through setting a strong goal within themselves.
This can be a better platform for me to develop my career under the area of the particular sector
opted by me (Bag 2016). The knowledge acquired from my side through the function of
performing personal development activities have helped me under the part of building adaptive
confidence through remaining more professional in order to develop strong qualities for the
purpose of career enhancement in the future.
The major strategies and plans designed by through the function of personal development
completely match with the respective industry and sector for which I have decided to operate and
work for in the upcoming times (Conine and Leskin 2016). I believe that confidence,
professionalism and internal skills are considered to be some of the adaptive career development
qualities that are required to be perceived by the individual to ensure better sustainability in the
area of career that are associated with the system of human resource management and financial
operations. This can make me completely goal oriented and prepare myself capable to work
according to the unforeseen and unpredictable changes that can be pertaining within the internal
environment of the company in the future.

Decision making skill for Placement goals
According to the operational aspects that are associated with the system of decision
making process, it is considered to be a stated part that as compared to the qualitative aspect of
decision making process perceived from my side, I believe that it is not the best part that is
required to be implemented at the time of performing in a competitive market like United
Kingdom (Ashton and Warhurst 2017). Making effective decision making function is considered
to be the most vital factor that is required to be enhanced by the individual to successfully
operate in the market. Every organization consist of numerous challenges, and under this
respective part a particular individual who has the complete potential to survive the particular
issues of the business is considered to be the competitive part in the organizational functioning. It
is important to have an adaptive problem solving and adaptive decision making skill in order to
ensure strong sustainability in organizations that are associated with the market of United
Kingdom.
In the current stage I have developed certain innovative qualities of decision making
skills in me where I believe that this will strongly help me in achieving the placement goals in
the planned respective industry which I have opted to work in the future. I have completely
designed myself to work under the market conditions that are associated with UK through the
process of enhancing some demonstrative changes in my previous decision making skills and

with developing certain goal setting strategies that are required to be implemented in the internal
environment of the organization at the time when required. I have learned that, for a business
organization in order to gain better system of competitive advantage and sustainability in the
market certain methods and systems related to decision making and problem solving activities
may basically play a major role under all terms. Along with working with the current
environment, it is important for me to get prepared for the future initiative where this can make
me more advanced and competitive under the system of enhancing adaptive career growth with
the organization in the future. In order to adapt innovative operation in the international market
like UK, the respective professional and personal development skill along with effective decision
making and problem solving qualities under all terms may play a role.
