gives a great impact on organisation. It is necessary for an organisation that they have to identify
and analyse the working environment so that they can reduce the risks and uncertainties. A
company can achieve organisational goals and objectives only when they can satisfied their
employees. Job satisfaction is one of the method that assists to employees to stay in the business
environment. In the field of teaching, it plays a crucial role in their job. In this context,
Kingswood Academy is undertaken to analyse the working conditions that located in Hull,
England. This report is conducting a small evaluation for teaching that how they can satisfied
with job and give their best.

and Ali, 2017). This will give a great impact on the school's education system as their good
teachers are withdrawing their duties that is not good for their growth. It is important to provide
the representatives with a useful working environment for their entire event (Kioko, 2017). As
mentioned above, people spend a large part of their lives at work. So the agents expect more than
money for their work (Waddell, et al., 2019). Now it tends to say that a strong and friendly
environment can lead to higher job satisfaction (Gonçalves, 2017). Kingswood Academy must
do their best to stay on top of equipment and offices.

space, be it a work area, a storage room or just an industrial accident the work environment.

and Ivany, 2017). Training substitute students in critical thinking may require much more careful
planning and determination before orientation, which must be coordinated to achieve learning
outcomes. Some employees or teachers of Kingswood Academy may fear their shortcomings;
others say changes in training can create problems. However, it needs to worry that promoting
substitute students with critical thinking skills will provide suggestions on what type of training

will be training but also take understanding into account. Critical thinking is a random
arrangement that students can process orally and show what they know. It is important for
replacement students and the workforce to identify and decide options that depend on their
current benchmarks. In conclusion, critical reflection in everyday life or the classroom is almost
certainly a start to the basic well-being of our public. For them, it is important for Kingswood
Academy to work with people and solve the problems in our life. In general, it can improve our
