INTRODUCTION
Skill audit is a methodical evaluation of individuals’ skills as well as knowledge. This
assessment helps in order to evaluate personality weaknesses as well as strengths in order to take
situation opportunities and avoid threats in most appropriate manner so that it can help in order
to achieve higher success in their personal as well as professional life (Vogtenhuber, S., 2018).
