INTRODUCTION
The business environment encompasses all those aspects that impact a firm’s operations and
involves consumers, competitors, suppliers, trends of industry, rules and other government
functions, social and technological advances. Professionalism is very important in business as it
promotes a respectful culture, which should see conflict handled appropriately. Academic

their own ideas. It is not allowed in school or universities otherwise, it is a good idea to
understand how to utilise resources in a proper way, like websites or books etc.
Academic plagiarism can destroy the reputation of the firm for their work. If they are caught
copying anyone else's work, their supervisor may put up their payment and, in some cases, they
have to release them. Job reputation can be ruined; it can hurt the future job prospects.

evilness has become very popular with the birth of the internet. A search engine like Google

is based on suspicion rather than trust, respect, and maturity.
Academic integrity is the pursuit of learning in an open, honest and sincere way. All students
must act with integrity, respect the dignity of other students, their rights and property, and assists
build and maintain the environment in which all can achieve the fruits of their labours (Feller,
2019). Academic integrity is important as it aids to maintain trust between them and the people
around people in the business sector. People can trust them to be honest and to do the right thing
without being monitored. Trust is the key to a successful business venture. Academic integrity is
more than just avoiding dishonest practices such as cheating, cheating, or cheating on a contract;
means engaging and learning with well-executed and intentionally learning. It involves using the
right methods, efforts and good skills. In particular, it means actively using all learning
experiences.
Many teachers, students and administrators accept this principles of academic integrity because
they know that goals for teaching, learning, and research can only be achieved in areas where
ethical standards they are supported. However, it is still rare for student’s institutions to
recognise and define their commitment to it the principles of integrity in terms of existing
conditions as well beautiful and practical. Instead, it is very common to find the topic of
academic integrity mentioned by identifying and forbidding the opposite behaviour principles of
integrity. Basic principles the project is an attempt to build academic integrity in ways that is
both good and practical.
Integrity gives a sense of security and confidence as a person. If an individual is not honest,
nothing can undermine self-confidence as a person is not honest with their behaviour and values.

Academic integrity is important because it can give a peace of mind knowing that an individual
believes in doing the right thing, and that they are always trying to live up to those beliefs. Being
honest can reduce a lot of unnecessary stress in their life, making happier and more productive.
True and sometimes hard gaining of knowledge and respect comes from the presentation of one's
own work and respecting the work of others. Personal and academic honesty promotes trust
which can be between all members of the community that is an essential to a good learning
environment (Fenton and Gralla, 2020).

It is concluded from the above report that academic skills are a collection of learning habits,
learning strategies, and time management tools helping students to learn and hold school lessons.
Teachers often incorporate educational skills into their own lessons so that students can really
understand certain concepts Educational skills motivate students to be effective students. They
give students the hope of fully participating. English-speaking courses are also important outside
of the classroom and after graduation. Academic integrity is essential in any educational
environment to make sure that the student achieves the academic objectives and meets their
standards.
