The plagiarism is an act of fraud which is the process of coying another person idea and
write in same manner. It can involve violating copyright law in order to safe and protect their
idea with others. It is the wrongful appropriation of thoughts and ideas and the representation of
that as own their original work. There various types of plagiarism which are as follows:
 Complete plagiarism: This types of plagiarism is most serve because in that researcher
takes a manuscript or study which is created by other and submit this report will their
own name.
 Direct plagiarism: This plagiarism is occurs when author and writer copies the text and

disciplinary actions. Self and auto plagiarism: This also known as self plagiarism which is generated with
their own. This happens when an author reuses portions and work of his previously

Internet plays an important role in the plagiarism because most of the time author and
writer think that words and matter which is same established on internet in that case plagiarism is
generated and that is called internet plagiarism. The information is available on the websites
which is covered under the copyright law (Eckert, 2018). In that case, an internet user utilizes

information form internet and an idea gives due credit to the author. The website not considered
as plagiarism. Most of the time author and scholar think about their topic and try to write for that
they collect information form websites and write that in exact manner. This creates plagiarism in
the work. Through that internet plays an important role in plagiarism.

The academic integrity is the commitment of honest and moral behaviour in academic
setting. This means acting with the values of honesty, trust and respect this creates integrity for
business. In the business academic integrity is more important and effective. Yes, academic
integrity in related with the professionalism in the business environment. For example: Kaavya
viswanathan is the published young adult book. After the checking the result is this book is
heavily plagiarized by Megan McCafferty, among others. Viswanathan claim that plagiarism was
unintentional (Masic, 2019). However, they lost their second contract and their books were
recalled form stores and taken out of print. Through that, plagiarism has affect very badly to
people and their image at workplace.
On the other side, lack of academic integrity is impact to own in the business because you
lost trust of people at workplace. That is not good for professional life. For example: Stephen
Ambrose, has a historical writer used writing from another people book. They refereed various
books which has written by other. In the 2002, his book found by heavy plagiarism by Wings of
morning by Thomas childes in the book The Wild Blue. They followed various authors and
books for writing their books (Anderson, 2016). This indicates towards the lack of academic
integrity because by knowing plagiarism is not good after then they had continuously done that
for completing their books.

It is very easy to find the answer and information about topic but it is not easy made
without plagiarism because of little thinks are creates plagiarism in the research topic. There are
easy and different ways to avoid plagiarism. Those ways mentioned below:
 Paraphrase: After, collecting and searching information which is perfect for their
research paper (Yadav, Rawal and Baxi, 2016). In that case, have to read first and then

understand that in proper manner. Make sure not make verbatim more than two or three
words in the row which is the reason of plagiarism in work.
 Citing their own material: Citation is most important think which is also helped to
avoid plagiarism from text. In that case, do citation which you are found as a material
which is use in their work. Treat the text same as work wrote by someone else.
 Referencing: This is one of the most important and effective way to avoid plagiarism b y
adding page and page numbers of work cited at the end of the research. The page number
meet the current document formatting guidelines used by their educational institution.
This information has to be in very specific manner.
Those are the different ways to avoid plagiarism from the work that is helped to make clear work
