operator. In my working period I have operated with many teams for different operations for the

roles. Kids in the school used to create mess and my job was to clean that mess on the demands
of teacher. Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly was a part of my job. I used to clean sinks and toilets,
mopped the floors of bathrooms and corridors in the school. Replenishing the resources that is
needed to perform the cleaning job was also my responsibility. Sports equipments used by the
students to play in the ground were left there only, so it came under my responsibility to account
for storing the equipments in their respective place. These all activities I performed was done
effectively and I ensured the quality of the work shouldn't be impacted.
I also worked as a cleaner in Bronte School for almost 8 months, where i performed
various activities such as doing cleaning projects. These cleaning projects that I have done was
expected to be completed in a specific budget. I ensured the budget limit shouldn't exceed and
worked accordingly. I build effective plans for the cleaning projects to meet the time limit and
quality wasn't compromised. It became difficult when I have to complete the task within a time

Health threats
Performing the activity of cleaning different areas on a daily basis needs physical health
that has to be maintained by me. Internal or external health issues are a barrier in this field as a
person can't work. The health issues have major threats on these kinds of jobs in comparison
with other jobs. Internal issues such as infection, allergy etc. can lead to higher health issues if a
person continues to work. External issues like problem in any part of the body mainly in the
skeleton structure can lead to the risk of losing the job as it can't be performed efficiently. The
cleaning field required a healthy person so the quality of job done can be maintained.
Plan for Skill Development
Development in the personality of the individual leads to perfection and higher quality.
Self growth and development helps a person to be relevant and be the best in the job they are
performing. A person should try to increase both the mental and physical capabilities so that the
threats and weakness they posses can be eliminated.

In the cleaning field I have set some objectives for the development of my personality
and skills that will help in the regular job activities that I have to perform. Objectives that I have
setted to increase my skills are based on the smart criteria as they are very specific, practical and
achievable. These benefiting objectives are:
Improving Physical Health
I will try to focus on my physical health so that I don't get any kind of barriers due to my
unfit body. For better physical health I have aimed towards the healthy eating habits and doing
exercise so that my immune system can remain strong and my body can gain flexibility so that I
can work efficiently.
Gaining awareness about health and safety measures
In this job there are different health risk that I have to be aware of and the precautions for
such risks should be in my knowledge. By increasing my knowledge about such thing I will be
able to work safely.
Learning to use different equipments
To cope up with the increasing use of enhanced technology I have to get knowledge
about the new equipments that are getting common in the cleaning field. Expertise in the use of
these technological equipments will make me more perfect for the job roles that I am aiming
towards. This will help me to attain job security that is there would be low chances of me getting
terminated due to any reason as I will be more professional in the field.
