I am an experienced candidate in the cleaning field who has achieved different goals for
companies that I have worked with. I am a team person who can work easily in collaboration
with different team members by adjusting for the better customer experience. This characteristic
of mine has made my behaviour flexible so that I can work peacefully and collaboratively with
the people of different mindset and different habits. This flexibility in the behaviour that I have
developed helps me to make the working conditions better for me and my other colleagues. I like
to work with different partners with same attributes as mine. My specialization is in the cleaning
field and worked as an efficient cleaner. A kind of perfection that I have gain in the field opens
up different doors of opportunities that I can pursue. Developed skills as the dry cleaning
operator. In my working period I have operated with many teams for different operations for the
organizations. Working collaboratively as a team has helped in my personal growth and in the
organizational growth. With these different skill set and experience I have been successful in
gaining good customer feedbacks in the previous organizations. This has helped me grow in the
field with positive attitude.

The company provides different types of cleaning services to the customer and makes
profit majorly from the contract based projects. Major focus of the company is based on
customer satisfaction gained by providing different services. The cleaners working under the
company are trained in the field, and they are insured for the public liability. They are being
monitored and supervised while working by their team leaders. This supervision enables the
worker to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively so that there are no complaints from the
customers. Working with this company will increase my knowledge and my skill set will be
enhanced as the company is one of the experts in the cleaning field. Performing different roles in
the company would be my aim to gain diversification in my skills. The company serves many
large organizations which will impact my portfolio positively. Services provided by the

Domestic cleaning

Domestic cleaning facility is provided by the company to mostly the individual customer.
In this service the company provides full house cleaning. The customer gets a neat and tidy
house by availing this service. The kitchen area is being cleaned and mopped by using
chemicals. Tough stains on every surface are cleaned including the ones in the ovens as well.
Dusting and mopping is done in the every party of the house to ensure no dust remains in the
house. Toilets are being cleaned thoroughly and sanitized to remove germs and bacteria.
Communal area cleaning
This facility is mainly availed by different corporate offices, government office, hospitals
etc. this service includes cleaning the paths or areas which is highly travelled by the people such
as hallways, lobbies etc. this cleaning service includes lifts and wash room as well. Receptions
and dinning areas of hotels are also thoroughly cleaned so that it can be suitable for the tourist
and customer. Workforce deployed for this service are usually highly skilled in the field.
End of tenancy cleaning
This service is provided by the company to the tenants who are vacating their rented

Experience
I want to gain proficiency in the cleaning field and for that I have worked in different
place where I played different roles. In the initial period I used to work as school cleaner in
Monitor LTD. I worked in the organization for a period of 9 months where I performed various
roles. Kids in the school used to create mess and my job was to clean that mess on the demands
of teacher. Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly was a part of my job. I used to clean sinks and toilets,
mopped the floors of bathrooms and corridors in the school. Replenishing the resources that is
needed to perform the cleaning job was also my responsibility. Sports equipments used by the
students to play in the ground were left there only, so it came under my responsibility to account
for storing the equipments in their respective place. These all activities I performed was done
effectively and I ensured the quality of the work shouldn't be impacted.
I also worked as a cleaner in Bronte School for almost 8 months, where i performed
various activities such as doing cleaning projects. These cleaning projects that I have done was
expected to be completed in a specific budget. I ensured the budget limit shouldn't exceed and
worked accordingly. I build effective plans for the cleaning projects to meet the time limit and
quality wasn't compromised. It became difficult when I have to complete the task within a time
limit and under a specified budget but I managed to tackle different obstacles in my way and
achieved many targets like this. My day to day job included ensuring that the electrical
equipments that will be used by the teachers and students are safe. I used to perform this activity
daily so that no one can get hurt by the unsafe devices. At the end of the day I used to ensure the
building is secured by checking whether the doors are locked or not. I used to ensure that every
part of the premises is neat and tidy so that the people in the environment doesn't get any
infection or disease due to uncleanliness. I made it my responsibility to inspect the premises and
make efforts for the reduction of waste.
The skills and experience that I have gained from my previous jobs will act as a positive
factor in the cleaner job that I want in London cleaning system. I have become kind of expert in

this cleaning field, so I will be able to perform my duties with the best of my knowledge. As I am
similar to the field, so I think I would be a perfect fit for the role of cleaner. I am aiming to work
for long period with the company in the particular field and I expect to grow more in the field. In

Specialization
I have worked for more than one and half year in the field of cleaning that is my biggest
strength as I have gained the knowledge and experience and upgraded myself by pursuing these
skills. I have tried to gain more and more efficiency in my work with performing it in day to day

Indecisive
Confusing in different conditions where I have to select from different available option is
one of my biggest weakness. I got confused many times in the initial period when I started to
work as a cleaner, that what activity should I perform first. I have been trying to improve it and
developed an edge over this weakness.
Fear of Public Speaking
Publicly speaking is one of the things that I fear of and avoid that kind of events when I
have to do so. Although, I want to improve this weakness but whenever I tried to eliminate this
fear I lose my confidence and starts fumbling. This fear of public speaking is the characteristic
that I want to get rid of.
Micro Managing
Managing and arranging the things properly is good characteristics possessed by any
person but in my case I have a habit of arranging every tiny thing in a proper position or place.
This habit of mine tends to be so intense that I can't avoid unarranged or clumsy things and I start
arranging it. This characteristic possessed by me leads to the overburdening of work but it is not
counted in monetary value as it is not my responsibility and I do it voluntarily.
Procrastinate
Due to the habit of managing every small things sometimes I procrastinate the main work
that i am supposed to do. I have worked on this weakness and tried to reduce it. I have gained a

bit of success in eliminating this weakness by paying more attention towards the main work
instead of doing other activities.

There is an increasing need of fashion designer s the fashion industry is growing day by
day and changing trends has lead to an increasing demand of fashion designing experts.
Becoming a fashion designer is an opportunity for me as I have done a professional course of
fashion designing in late 90's.
Hospitality sector
Increasing tourism across the world has led to increase In job opportunities in hospitality
sector. I will be an eligible candidate for this role as I have work experience in cleaning of more
than one year.

Threats
Technology
Enhancement and demand of technology has increased in recent times as it is cost
effective. These machine intensive techniques can replace the labour-intensive technique in near
future. Although the machines also needs human to operate and supervise them but it will
definitely lead to decrease in employment. In the field of cleaning there has been seen uses of

different technology for dusting mopping etc. such as AI robots that doesn't need any human to
operate.
Pandemic
No matter how much professional an individual becomes in the cleaning field, there is
always a risk of high chances of unemployment. During Covid-19 pandemic many such worker
have lost their jobs as the offices, schools etc. were completely closed and there was no need of
cleaning. The pandemic is still posing a threat to this field as it has effected the economy and
different industry. As a result the companies are focusing on cost-cutting to survive in the market
and the workers in cleaning field are mostly the first ones who are being terminated or whose
salary is being reduced in the cost-cutting process. Such pandemics and environmental factors is
a threat to me.
Economic Imbalance
Change in economic factors in the country effects the working population and their
income indirectly. Some factors like increasing unemployment in the country, change in many
policies etc. impacts on the working of the industries in the region and hence impacts the
employees in the sector. These are the threats that directly or indirectly impacts the lives of
common men.
Health threats
Performing the activity of cleaning different areas on a daily basis needs physical health
that has to be maintained by me. Internal or external health issues are a barrier in this field as a
person can't work. The health issues have major threats on these kinds of jobs in comparison
with other jobs. Internal issues such as infection, allergy etc. can lead to higher health issues if a
person continues to work. External issues like problem in any part of the body mainly in the
skeleton structure can lead to the risk of losing the job as it can't be performed efficiently. The
cleaning field required a healthy person so the quality of job done can be maintained.
Plan for Skill Development
Development in the personality of the individual leads to perfection and higher quality.
Self growth and development helps a person to be relevant and be the best in the job they are
performing. A person should try to increase both the mental and physical capabilities so that the
threats and weakness they posses can be eliminated.

In the cleaning field I have set some objectives for the development of my personality
and skills that will help in the regular job activities that I have to perform. Objectives that I have
setted to increase my skills are based on the smart criteria as they are very specific, practical and
achievable. These benefiting objectives are:
Improving Physical Health
I will try to focus on my physical health so that I don't get any kind of barriers due to my
unfit body. For better physical health I have aimed towards the healthy eating habits and doing
exercise so that my immune system can remain strong and my body can gain flexibility so that I
can work efficiently.
Gaining awareness about health and safety measures
In this job there are different health risk that I have to be aware of and the precautions for
such risks should be in my knowledge. By increasing my knowledge about such thing I will be
able to work safely.
Learning to use different equipments
To cope up with the increasing use of enhanced technology I have to get knowledge
about the new equipments that are getting common in the cleaning field. Expertise in the use of
these technological equipments will make me more perfect for the job roles that I am aiming
towards. This will help me to attain job security that is there would be low chances of me getting
terminated due to any reason as I will be more professional in the field.
