undertaken by individual in order to develop their own capabilities. This is a helpful concept in
dealing with career planning in strategic manner so that career desires can be accomplished in
future time with self sufficiency (Gershon, 2017). On the other hand, employability is defined as
the capabilities of an individual to get primal employment and manager this in way similar
manner. In this reference the given assignment is focusing over various activities those are made
by an individual in order to get succeed and to develop capabilities. This report also involves,
significance of social media and LinkedIn for promoting oneself in order to make effective
network.

The operational work within private industry requires high amount of knowledge and
basic idea for an individual those are willing to join that organisation. This involves different
activities those are helpful for me to manage task within organisation in proper manner. Besides
this, information are gathered for some certain field and these are essential for managing
professional skills in such a way that survival within organisation can be easier. In initial time
various information are being gathered and professional skills were developed so that effective
and formal relationship can be created with employees. This is requisite to clarify my
expectations of salary, bonus, incentives and other elements which are visible within an
organisation. Expectations are based on criteria which I am willing to attain.
Besides this, I feel that this is requisite to maintain separate time in scheduled manner
which should be different so that life balance can be made by me. This is essential that to
manage personal and professional life in such a way that balance can be created so that life may
be spend in easy manner. Similarly, this is significant to put prominent amount of efforts in
generating effective ideas by which overall performance can be improved day by day (Webb and
Chaffer, 2016).
