INTRODUCTION
Employability termed out as the set of the skills and behaviours that are crucial for
each job (Racine and Fischhoff, 2018). Therefore, skills are as soft skills, foundation skill that
aids to enhance the learning and proficiency of the individual. It is defined as ability to gain
initial employment, maintain and this also assist to obtain new employment as it required.
Therefore, employability is termed out as to having set of skills, knowledge and helps to
understanding the personal attributes of an individual.
On the other hand, career planning is termed out as process that encompasses the
stages that is inclusive of discovering the career path. It is termed out as the process that
involves of self assessment, experimentation, research, decision making and to accept the job
offer (Azmi, Hashim and Yusoff, 2018). Henceforth, this can be stated that career
management is defined as combination of structured planning and active choice of
management of the professional career.
The present report is based on topic as Planning career and and employability.
Furthermore, assignment will cover the personal development plan that demonstrate the future
course of actions that linked with gaps, theoretical and personal identified within the gap
analysis. Therefore, evaluation will be conducted on current development in recruitments and
about the requirements of successful employability. In addition to this, study also focused on
to formulate Personal development plan to strengthen the capabilities and also aids to
determine the lacking area that impact the working of individual.

Personal development plan termed out as process that aids to create an action plan that
is based on the awareness, values, reflection and goal setting for personal development
