INTRODUCTION
This introductory summary is about how the initial activities helped me to work. A
profile on Linked In is a helpful social media tool that helps to build networks and it also helps to
promote the profile (Aryanti and Adhariani, 2020). There is discussion about the skills audit
questionnaire and how it facilitated to fill gaps and enhance skills and knowledge. Additionally
there is discussion related to the interview as it helps to prepare documentation for the current
requirement. The strengths and weakness are mentioned and how they are contributing to
achieve the positions.
MAIN BODY
As I have completed my education in 2015 from Dimitrie Cantemir University
Timisoara. I have gained knowledge and skills while studying and tried to utilise them in my
job. I did my first job while studying and that job was of a sales assistant where I have to sell
products directly to the customers and my communication skills helped me. My mother language
is Romania and I also know English and Spanish. It is vital for a person to understand and
communicate well while working in an organisation where there is direct contact with the
customers. Through this job my skills even developed further and helped me in my next job. The
I worked as ware house operative the person has to perform day to day tasks that is to take care
of goods until they are ready to be distributed. There I came to know about my interest in his
field and enjoyed this work. The work was good and I was able to use my theoretical studies and
gain practical experience (Eckert and Steiner, 2018). The job is famous in UK Supermarkets and
helps enhancing carrer. Then I worked for the same position in Tesco Fenny Lock and used my
previous work experience has helped me a lot and I was able to perform job effectively. I
decided and understood that this is a right career path for me and started finding growth in the
same field. Afterwards I got a job as Warehouse assistant at Magna Park, John Lewis. As I have
gained knowledge in the field I was able to manage the flow of stock in the warehouse. There I
learnt that it is important to move the stock in a safe manner. Through my experience and skill I
was able to become Associate warehouse in H&M, wherein my duties and responsibility were
increased and is a important job role. I am still pursuing the job and it is a satisfying job also I
am working with H&M (Farrell, 2017). A skill audit questionnaire helps to know about the skills
of a person and by answering the questions the person is able to know about the areas where he

is lacking. So it helps to know about the gaps and that helps individual to fill those gaps and
enhance the skills that are required and helps in long term growth.
If we talk about social media, it has helped everyone to make presence and build
networks. It helps to get new ideas and know about the trends in the market. It enhances the
network and connection with people. LinkedIn is a platform that helps in building professional
networks and helps in careerer management as it is useful for job hunting. It is a platform where
people can find connections and suitable job for them. One has to find out the right fit for them
and that is helpful for finding Job (Ghosh, Kapila and Ghosh, 2017). The achievements and own
content can also be posted on Linked in. The recommendation feature also helps as the people
who have worked in the same field in past can recommend and suggest the areas of
improvement. It is important to update the profile and timely post new content as it will help
people to remember you. I got to know about opportunities through Linked in and were helpful
for me to get job. It makes it easy for a person to search and build networks over there.
Recruiters use this platform to fill the vacancies in their company and that is why it is important
to regularly update the profile. A person that uses LinkedIn and makes proper research gets to
know about the opportunities and take the advantage by grabbing the opportunity. I always use to
find out the opportunities by making regular research and try to find a right job that suit's my
requirement. Before starting a job there is interview and that helps to know about the company
also I always make a proper research before joining a company to know about the place and
working environment of that place. The company requires various documents like Curriculum
Vitae as it describes the person, the qualification and the background. It is also important to
submit the proof of degrees that are taken and relieve letter from previous jobs (Ishak, 2018,
February).
My biggest strength is I am comfortable while working and able to deal with stress as in
every job there I work pressure and people find difficult to work under stress, but I am able to
mange stress. I am good at communication skills and that is required for performing job
effectively. I am able to adapt in the environment where I am working and that helps to achieve
the goals and objectives of that organisation. I am good at team work and this is essential skill
fore working in nan organisation. I also have technical skills that would make my work easy the
skills are knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Law, So and Chung, 2017). It is
essential to be accurate to perform the work related to warehouse as there is need to maintain and

manage stock. Through studies I got theoretical knowledge that I will practically learn while
doing a job. It is important to focus on each and every strength and try to improvise them. My
biggest weakness is I criticise myself and that makes me feel annoyed and I am unable to work
and achieve the goals. Sometimes I start making bad thoughts about my own self and they reduce
my capacity to work (Qian, 2017). Now I will try to work on my weakness and take actions
through which I am able to manage think positively and deal with all the situations that come
while doing job. It is important to know both strength and weakness and work on them as it will
help to achieve the tasks that are assigned and get the job that is fit for me.
CONCLUSION
The report is based on the skills that are developed by an individual at initial level helps
to achieve success in the career . Also it is important to make presence on Social Media like
LinkedIn as it helps to build professional networks and helps in finding new jobs if proper
research is done. Audit questioner also helps to fill gaps and improvise the areas that need to be
improved. Additionally strengths and weakness after completion of first degree are mentioned.
