2.1 Importance of meeting individual learner need
It is very important that the individual need of the learner would be meet because it
enable them to ensure safe and healthy environment. In the same way through diagnostic
assessment, mistakes and errors of the students would be identified which would assist them in
their improvement and further learning. When a teacher makes analysis of the needs of students
then it would enable them to make and frame plan accordingly which would further lead to
motivation of the children (National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, 2018).
With the evaluation and assessment of the children a tear would be able to make identification of
the weakness as well as strength of the student that would assist them to make development of
the children. Thus, it would be right to state that making an assessment of the children need and
framing of action plan accordingly would lead to enhance their learning.
3.3 Planning in meeting learner's need
In the same way with the adoption of adequate planning of the tutors in terms of adoption
of differentiation, inclusivity, learner preference and other strategy would work in the direction
of meeting the needs and expectation of the learners. As with differentiation strategy tutor would
make development of skills among the children. In the same manner with the adoption of learner
preference, the teaching and its impact among the students would be raised among the students
because with this student would feel healthy environment. Similarly, through the adoption of
inclusive teaching the need of all the students would be considered and fulfilled that would
enable the teaching to get and extensive effect along with enabling a learner with disability to get
participate in learning experience (Dewsbury and Brame, 2019).
3.4 Adoption of appropriate teaching and learning plan
With the adoption of adequate learning and teaching plan the individual need would be
easily meet. This would include an adoption of concern activities, assessment or resources in
accordance with the need of the student or learner. Through the adoption of practice of
assessment of the student the tutor would able to identify the strength as well as weakness of the
