formative and summative assessments would help in meeting certain needs of the learners in the
best possible manner (Yusoff and et.al., 2020). Moreover, the proof of assessments would be
reliable and valid so that it might be discussed with the learner later in due course of time. Also,
as per the university it would allow in meeting certain internal and external requirement of the
earner in form of essays, group activities, assignments so that learning becomes effective
6.4 Questioning and feedback to contribute to the assessment process
Through both formative and summative assessment that had been chosen for the teaching
proper questioning and feedback sessions would be conducted so that both learner opinions and
the analysis of the students learning might be done at the same time. Furthermore, through
feedback certain improvement in both teaching and learning might be made so that best goals are
achieved in the future (Rodriguez and et.al., 2018). Also, the amassment process is only
complete when the difficulties are fully identified and also the best part about the teaching is
very well-known so that same strategy of teaching style might be adopted.
6.5 Recorded the outcomes of assessments
Both the assessments that are been conducted it will be recorded (so) than the same might
be used for the future references. Also, the transactions would be recorded in data base systems
of the university and also it would be recorded manually in reports so that the same might be
used for the future purposes or for any kind of comparison for the learner past performances

what the students have made earlier mistakes and how much is level of improvement so that
further action required might be taken in appropriate manner. Moreover, all the assessment that
have recorded would help in meeting both internal and external requirements of the learner so
that the same mistake is not committed in the future.

various marketing concepts (Retnawati and et.al., 2018). Also, it will help in building greater
collaboration with other professionals and would allow in developing certain skills that might be
applied in future while delivering any lecture sessions in university among the diverse students.

5.2 Benefits and limitations of communication methods and media
The communication methods that are used while communicating the diverse students
while teaching various marketing concepts is verbal methods where concepts are taught in the
best manner. Moreover, the major benefit of the verbal communication is that it helps in
maintaining the privacy of the information and ensure that each information is conveyed in clear
manner. However, the limitation is that once the message is been spoken than there are no
means of correcting it any costs. Another communication method being used in while delivering
the teaching was body language to make clarity in the marketing concepts. Also, the advantage
of this tool is that it is powerful in making students more attentive during the learning sessions
and also this tool is far more reliable than the oral expressions that might be wrongly interpreted
at any pint of time (Scherer, Siddiq and Viveros, 2020). However, the major demerits of using
this tool is that some students might be unaware of the body language and might wrongly
interpret the messages. Furthermore, there are chances that messages might reveal more than it is
intended.
On the other hand in context of media it can be said that in the university there was the
use of more of presentations so that students are able to learn the concepts in more detailed
manner. Furthermore, major benefits of using the presentation is that it is easy and simple to
understand. Also, students are engaged through presentation in better manner than compared to
oral reading. Although, this method has limitation that irrelevant information slides might
neglect proper interaction with the students (Shenoy, Mahendra and Vijay, 2020). Also,
presenting the slides in too much speed would also cause ineffectiveness in teaching another
media method that is used was through presenting the big marketing success story through online
videos. The major pros of using this media method was that students were likely to remember
the things for longer time period. However, the major cons of this method is that lack of interest
would not allow the students to understand things in best of manner.
5.3,6.2 Effectiveness of resources and assessment methods
There are various resources that might be used to make the learning of the students
effective and hence in this context it can be said that one of the resource used was computers as
these are the source through which information might be transferred in the best possible way and
also students that have access to computers would be able to find out answers through use of
researching skills and clarify certain doubts in the quickest manner. Furthermore, another

resource that was used in the teaching is handouts that are quite flexible and ensures that
students do not copy and paste the matter being provided and thus allow the students to learn the
concepts in more the best manner (Bogusevschi, Muntean and Muntean, 2020). Also, another
resources was the use of whiteboards that would allow displaying certain marketing topics and
erase quickly and might be reused than compare to other resources of teaching. Furthermore, the
most common assessments methods that were used during the whole learning process was
through exams, portfolios and projects that assess the student learning and amount of knowledge
gained during the classroom sessions
7.1 Analysing ways in which minimum core elements can be demonstrated in planning,
delivering and assessing
During the overall classroom sessions one thing that was remembered by me was not
only to complete the overall course of the students but it was to make the students learn in the
best manner through developing certain skills that might be applied in the future course of events
when applying for higher course in the future (Mendzheritskaya and Hansen,2019). Also, the
skills like the numeracy skills, grammar, reading, writing, checking punctuations etc. are also
taught so that the same might be used in future course of any events. Moreover, certain level of
ICT skills would also help in enhancing the learner knowledge regarding the digital technology
and its uses. Thus, the combination of all these were used in delivering, planning and assessing
so that students might be much prepared for the globalized worlds.
TASK E
8.1 Review the effectiveness of own practice in planning, delivering and assessing
The effectiveness of my teaching to the diverse students was done through the
observations reports so that area of improvement and best teaching style might be identified.
Also, through these observations reports the main areas of improvement along with having the
instant feedback is positive point for the success. Furthermore, it helps in providing the
additional information that is earlier less known (Al-Hattami, 2020). Moreover, it helps in
getting the greater insights among the students thus improving the future planning in best of

method that is used to identify effectiveness of delivery of marketing lessons to the diverse
students. Furthermore, this would be identified through observing students behaviour and
attitude during or after the learning sessions. Further, it would be done through taking peer
reviews in the university so that teaching style and effectiveness might be identified
8.2 Identifying areas for improvement in the practice
I have analysed from my overall delivering of various marketing lessons that I have relied
too much on the power point presentation for communicating to the large number of students
within the university. However, I should have adopted other teaching styles and methods so that
students that are unable to understand through power point might be able to learnt through other
options. Moreover, I might have opted more for flexible learning environment so that students
would have option of asking questions freely without many hesitations. Also, through flexibility
better relationships with the students might be developed so that much understanding and
enhancement of knowledge might be developed. Furthermore, I was unable to adapt quickly to
the changing learning environment and hence I was more relied on the methods that I find was
more suitable in best teaching lessons to the students (Hakim, Ritonga and Susanti, 2020). Also,
there was lack of the questionnaires' technique that I used while delivering the marketing lectures
because of which I was unable to gather the students opinions and the knowledge that they have
gained during the classroom sessions. Moreover, the student feedback need to be taken on
regular manner so that best learning strategies would have been made in short time period. Thus,
through the feedback sessions better learning style and teaching would be adopted in the long run
making delivery of the lessons in best of manner. Furthermore, through improvement best
teaching lessons might be delivered to the students that wish to develop the career in marketing
or work in any reputed organization in the future.
