Inclusive teaching and learning is pivotal experience for both the teacher and the learner
as it helps the in the enhancement of their skills and knowledge base in a considerate manner. I
feel that in context to planning, I am able to determine the needs of the learner and plan a
systemic blueprint in consideration with the accomplishment of the same. As per my opinion, if I
plan my lessons in accordance with the capabilities of the students then I will be able to achieve
higher learning results.
I believe that I always come up with new and innovative means of delivering my lessons
in order to capture the interest of the students in an optimal manner. The respective strategy
heightens the assertiveness of the learners and they feel more inclined towards the learning
process. I engage the student in regular activities and fun sessions in order to maintain a heath
learning environment wherein they can feel comfortable in sharing their concerns and queries. I
keep regular check on my students in terms of obtaining genuine review of their learning
preferences, expectations etc. Inclusive teaching is a form of facilitating learning wherein it is
highly necessary for the teachers to be able to connect and collaborate with the students.
I effectively interact with my students so as to acquire insights about their skills,
competencies, views and opinions. This in turn assists me to educate them in an optimum
mannerism. I arrange peer graded assignment s time to time in order to allow the student to
review each other; s work and gain a good perspective about decision making. The learning
outcomes of inclusive teaching is expected to be directly proportionate to the degree and extent
to which students showcase their willingness and attentiveness towards the lectures.
My assessment capabilities are excellent as I am able to measure the learning performances of
the students in an appropriate mannerism. I genuinely feel that assessment of inclusive teaching
is very vital in reference to analyzing and evaluating the achievement of the objective sets at the
start of a particular lesson. I provide fair and honest feedbacks upon the performance exhibited
by the learner. I believe that fairness, accuracy and precision upholds great value when it comes
to assessing a learner. I would also like to state that in case I feel that a student requires more
attention in terms of learning at home, I communicate with their parents and guardians and
provide them a clear feedback in terms of learning performance of the particular learner. By

particular topic which in turn disturbs and impacts upon my overall lesson plan in an adverse
manner. Therefore, I need to give in much needed efforts in order to elevate time management
skills so as to accomplish my targets in predefined time frames. In addition to this, I think that I
also need to concentrate upon the personal development for the students by providing them
enough opportunities for growth and development in regard with the same.
